Great value for a large one bedroom suite! Stainless appliances and granite countertops. Modern and large cook top and refrigerator with ice maker. Larger and more upscale compared to Residence Inn with half the price. Great customer service!

The property was very clean and attractive. The host was great at communicating before, during and after my stay. The location was close to lots of shopping and restaurants, but was surprisingly quiet considering its proximity to major retailers.

Shops are definitely walkable but i wouldn’t call 2 miles “walkable” to Downtown Gainesville. That implies a couple blocks definitely less than 1 mile
