We had a great time! Everything was clean and we couldn't ask for anything better! The area was in a perfect location! Will definitely be back!

Everything was lovely

A wonderfully cozy place. We appreciated all of the little things that were provided to enhance our stay - beach towels, coffee and condiments, etc. the location is perfect - close to everything without being congested. We stayed here in early March.

Vday meet up with my husband

Check in was quick and easy. Owner Jon was quick to reply with any questions and also gave insight of things to do in the area. Very nice room will come back again

Linda, Thank you for your review, if you come back again maybe you would like the King bed and the water/canal view. If coming with a larger group we also have a small bungalow, (sleeps 5) in Nokomis, 1.25 miles from the beach. Again thank you for your review and it was our pleasure to host you.

Quick get away

We traveled to Sarasota for some beach time. We found everything as listed. Easy check in and out. Great food and music at the Restaurant on the property. Thanks for and enjoyable weekend.

Nice place

Place had all you need. Very clean, I think some of it had been redone. Airport is pretty close so you could hear planes. Fun tiki bar but if you go to bed early, the music is pretty loud. Had an enjoyable time

Weekend visit

Unit was clean and comfortable. It was listed as a condo but was unclear that it was a converted Ramada inn room. That being said it was perfectly fine for what we needed.

Fun in the sun

My daughter and I were in town for her gymnastics meet. Loved all the little details in the space- cold water bottles, extra beach towels, plenty of coffee, quality bath towels, champagne at check-in. The tiki bar was fantastic with great live music and a spectacular view. Enjoyed the pool. Ty.

Pleasantly surprised

I hesitate to write this review because I don’t want to advertise this hidden gem. We want to keep it all to ourselves. We stayed two nights on a last minute booking over the 4th of July weekend. The room was perfect. Clean and cozy with absolutely everything we needed. Fridge, coffee maker, microwave and toaster oven. The property was very nice. Check in was fast and easy and Lynn at the front desk was very kind and helpful. The host was very accommodating when we asked for a late checkout. The tiki bar on property was our favorite place to hang out in the evenings and enjoy a drink or two. The mojitos made by John were the best we’ve ever had. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. Live music was a very nice touch. We already have plans to come back.
