I appreciated the peace and privacy. It was a nice break and chance to read. High speed internet was good for work when I had to. Great area, convenient to the beach. Would definitely recommend

Lovely clean room in a great location near Siesta Beach. Owner/host was very nice and he is located on premises. Good WiFi, nicely appointed small room with thoughtful amenities. We very much enjoyed our stay and will stay there again when we are looking for a beach or golf getaway.

We had a great two day stay in Terrence’s place in Siesta Key… Terrence recommended a fantastic restaurant which we ended up going to twice… Everything was exactly as listed. It was one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever stayed in and the AC was cold and awesome! We appreciated that he provided bikes and beach equipment, and lots of little things you might need for your stay like coffee and snacks and waters. Overall it was a great little room for two and well worth the money!

Property is well maintained and is as described. Even had beach towels, sunscreen and chairs for us to use. Terry goes above and beyond as a host! Gave us helpful recommendations on beaches, restaurants, etc. based on our interests!

Terrance was amazing giving us so many helpful tips on restaurants and places to go if we weren’t having a beach day. Definitely take his advice we went to some many new spots this go around and had the best time. Also you’ll notice he stocks up the room for you so take a look around in the kitchenette area because he had us covered for all the little knickknacks one can forget on vacay. The room was clean and we slept well every night with it being a quiet area away from all the city noise. Thank you again Terrance.

Terry is awesome! His place is immaculate. Just 3 minutes from the local Gulf estates downtown area, and just 10 minutes from downtown Sarasota. Great area! Highly recommended!

Would stay here again

Terry was a great host. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our short stay in Sarasota. Would stay here again.

We stayed for a long weekend! We had an awesome stay. The property is great for a couple or a single person. The room has 1 bathroom , an area that provides a small refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave. There also was a great outdoor patio to enjoy coffee. Terrance was a great host. He was very responsive to our questions. He provided everything we needed from bikes , beach towels to beach chairs . And he also provided us with gift cards to the local coffee shop and breakfast place. This location is awesome very close to shop and restaurants. Plus a quick ride or bike ride to siesta key and the beach. We will definitely be visiting again!

Definitely Coming Back

The place was cozy and had everything we needed. The host was absolutely incredible, providing more than what we needed. Very responsive, pleasant and generous host who will get referrals from us for anyone we know heading that way.

Beach get away

Terry was wonderful! Easy to get hold of. Great rental, with extras! Nice beach chairs, umbrella, towels, beach bag, coolers… Quick drive to Siesta Key beach. Everything you need for a beach get away. Great place to stay! Nice and clean, great neighborhood, close to stores and restaurants. Look forward to staying at Terry’s again.

Spring get away

We rented this property as we were spending a few days to see some spring training baseball. Quiet neighborhood and the host was accommodating and provided us with great tips for things to do! He gave us lots of suggestions of places to eat. Very helpful. The place was clean, quiet, and private!

Down the road from Paradise

Terry goes above and beyond to ensure you're getting the most out of your stay! We appreciated every effort he puts into making sure his guests thoroughly enjoying their visit. He is very responsive, respectful, and welcoming! The space and amenities were perfect for our little weekend getaway. Location is great for exploring the local scene and experiencing the Gulf Gate community. We can't wait to come back!

Cozy & Comfortable

The place is perfect for 2 people. Terry is a very responsive, accommodating, and helpful host. He give us helpful tips and suggestions as to the various sights around Sarasota, and responded quickly to our questions. While the weather was warm outside, the room was always cool and comfortable. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood. Thanks Terry for the breakfast gift card!

Home away from home

We had a wonderful time there. Everything was exaxtly as advertised in the booking platform. Terry is the best host, we've ever had. He is a wonderful, helpful and kind person, who did everything to make our stay a very pleasant one. He gave us a lot of tips on where to go and what to do. He put fresh flowers in the room - very nice touch - and also had bicycles and beach equipment (chairs, umbrella etc.) for us to use. The little appartment we stayed in was cozy and clean. It had everything we needed and more. We felt at home right away. Thank you Terry for the wonderful experience. Daniela and Detlef

A Great Find

We enjoyed our stay in Terry 's apartment. The unit is conveniently located in a lovely residential area and very close to restaurants, groceries and beaches. Terry is a kind and thoughtful host. He provided bottled water, snacks, sunscreen, beach chairs, beach towels and even a gift certificate to a local coffee shop. He gave us suggestions for places to visit that we probably won't find on our own. When he learned that our car had broken down, he came immediately to offer his help. We will definitely stay with him again the next time we are in the Sarasota. His rate is very reasonable for the area.

Amazing

This place was absolutely perfect for us. It could not have been any better. Terry is probably the best host we have ever had! He is so kind, accommodating and considerate. Whatever we needed he had! The location is fantastic and close to the beach. We walked to some restaurants nearby although Terry has bikes. We used the beach chairs, and towels. He also has suggestions available on things to do. He thinks of everything you would need to make your visit enjoyable. The room was always cool for the hot FL days. The bed is wonderful too! I cannot rave on this property enough. Fantastic for the price too! Just book it!

Everything We Needed

Terry was thoughtful and responsive from the moment we booked. I was a little concerned about privacy with staying in a room in a house. I'm happy to say it was not a problem at all. This kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom and entryway are completely private. It's like staying in your own hotel room except better because he provides coolers, beach towels, great beach chairs and literally everything you need for a fun, beach vacation. The room was SPOTLESS. And I'll also add that the kitchen area was well stocked with everything you might need. He also gave us excellent recommendations of things to do which was fun. He was respectful of our privacy and generous with everything he offered us. And the bed, sheets and pillows were so comfortable. This space is also quiet and peaceful in a lovely neighborhood with great places to walk. You are also minutes away from so many good restaurants. Thank you Terry for an excellent stay!!
