Guests enjoy access to the Northstar Property Owners’ Association (NPOA) Recreation Center for a per-person daily fee, with:

• Adult quiet area and children’s activities.

✅ Good to Know

Maximum Occupancy: 6;
Parking: 2 cars allowed. Parking passes must be displayed on your dashboard for the winter months. The condo includes two parking passes, and we’re unable to obtain additional ones. Please note that a $100 fee applies for each lost pass.
Maximum 2 pets allowed and $65/pet fee must be paid before check-in;
Guest access fees apply per person, per day, and are subject to change. See the NPOA Rec Center website for details;
Quiet hours are enforced from 9 PM to 7 AM per Placer county regulations;
Outdoor furniture and grills may not be available November–May;
Winter travel requires snow tires and 4WD/AWD, or chains;
Full Terms & Conditions supplied upon booking and completion of signatures on the Booking Confirmation/Rental Agreement contract required for booking to be confirmed, must be signed within 24 hours of creating the reservation;
Agreement must be entered into by an Occupant of 25 years or old.
