Convenient and clean, but check in process needs flexibility.

Overall a good location and clean property with comfortable beds. The check in process was a pain. We had to pay extra due to our flight arriving late and had to meet someone to get access. Also, the elevator was out, so had to climb 5 flights of stairs.

Don’t book this place! If you are happy with polyester sheets, no doona covers, foam mattresses, a fridge that sounds like a drumming band… then go ahead! The worst place I’ve ever stayed in!

AMAZINGLY BAD - WE RELOCATED - POSSIBLE ILLEGAL SHORT TERM RENTAL

This is a three bedroom (one converted - no closet), one bath apartment. Space limitations prevent me from telling the whole story. Bottom line: heat did not work. We were forced to "self relocate" and spend twice what we paid for this reservation for alternate lodging, due to it being holiday time. We received inconsistent messaging from the host and were never provided with the actual street address of the property until we were escorted there by a housekeeper who spoke no English. I believe that this property is an illegal short term rental that violates NYC Local Law 18. This law prohibits short term rentals of apartments for less than 30 days, unless the host OCCUPIES the apartment with the guests. This is not the case, and I discourage anyone from booking this property. The host went AWOL after we complained about the heat issue.

Far from awesome

Very small living area. Uncomfortable furniture. Inflexible 6pm or later checkin. Not at address shown. Noisy refrigerator.
