Super impressed with how clean the hot tub was. Perfect spot for a quick anniversary reset. Cozy, peaceful, and exactly what we needed. We spent one night and explored all of woodland park. Just right!

We have no complaints about this beautiful little property. The hosts were conscientious and communicative, the home itself was well kept, and the backyard and hot tub were a perfect place to crash and enjoy the evening after all of the hiking and adventuring in the area.

Excellent Stay

Our stay was very pleasant. The tiny home was stocked with great amenities and comfortable furniture. The hosting group was especially communicative and helpful. Would recommend!

Relaxing getaway

The tiny home was cute, well decorated and very clean. The sky view window above the loft bed was a nice added touch to see the stars while laying in bed at night. Overall great place if you’re wanting a nice relaxing getaway.

Tiny home is overall nice. However the host from the time we checked in until 4 hrs into our trip we dealt with an issue with parking that was NOT disclosed in the rental terms. Only 1 parking space for this rental and no place else to park. We ended up having to pack up our kids and pet and leave in the middle of the night due to this issue. BIG WIN for rental company: 1 night of rental for our 4 hour stay and no acknowledgment of error or any

Tiny House Huge Retreat!

The Tiny House is perfect. It is centrally located with access to restaurants, fitness centers, and grocery stores. It contains contemporary accommodations while maintaining a rustic touch. I’d stay here again.

Painless

Everything was easy and seller communicated very well and was quick to reply to any questions I had. Place was clean and well maintained. Would definitely recommend

Booked this place with my wife for a weekend away. First, the positive…super cute house. Hot tub was perfect-hot and bubbly! Kitchen was well stocked and tons of coffee choices. Bed is in the loft so not accessible unless you’re good with stairs, but an absolutely lovely place. No issues at all with the location or house. Now the negative…the evening we got there we noticed the kitchen sink was not draining. It had been very cold the previous week and so assumed the pipes had frozen. We’re from Colorado, we own rental properties, we get that stuff happens and weren’t worried. We messaged that there was a plumbing issue but no need to worry about it until tomorrow. We got back an automated (?) message saying that they were sorry and the issue had been escalated. Long story short, the managers never reached back out to us. We reached out again three more times the next day (when the shower was finally backing up with toilet sewage!) and still could not get any response except that it had been “escalated” to the team. 3pm the second day, we inquired again and were told that someone would be by between 4-5 and hopefully they could fix it. We had dinner plans and nowhere to shower or brush our teeth, so we messaged that we were leaving and wanted a refund.After more attempts at communication over the next week, we were sent a little over half of our money back, still with no communication about what had happened. Cute place, unacceptable management.
