The property was exactly as it was listed and in excellent condition considering the price. The kitchen was fully equipped. Bedding was very comfortable. The balcony had a great view of the ocean and every afternoon you would be surprised by amazing views of the sunset. The location of condo was in walking distance or few minutes ride away from Maui’s best beaches as well as Ritz Carlton hotel, which was a great addition. The host, Jono, was excellent at communication to make sure the guest had a smooth check in and gets settled that was very helpful because sometimes this part is the hardest part of the entire trip. Overall great stay and looking forward to the next visit.

What a great place to stay! Very clean. Roomy. Incredible view to wake up to every morning. A great place to come back to relax in after a busy day! If we come back to Maui, we have a place to stay. Jono Stevens took care of us very well. Excellent communications. Couldn’t have been a more pleasant place to stay or host to deal with. We’re very thankful for how well things went.

The view out the kitchen and main living area is spectacular. This neighborhood was clearly planned carefully to maximize the view for all the condos, but this condo being on the upper floor had an exceptionally great view. Everything was as promised. All the appliances worked fine and the washer and dryer were new and very convenient. All in all a great repeat stay. We had rented this condo in 2025 and it went so well during this stay, we came back in 2026.

Just Perfect

My family and I had a great stay and the property was in the perfect location as we attended a wedding at The Pineapple Chapel which was very near and walkable. Many beaches near by and stores to buy groceries, etc. Check in was very easy and owners were very easy to contact. All in all we had just a perfect vacation.

Everything was clean. Host was very nice and easy to communicate with. Short walk to beaches and 30 second walk to the pool. View was awesome. Highly recommend them!

Heaven on earth

We have stayed at several locations within Kapalua and this did not disappoint. From the moment you walk in you are mesmerized by the view. I lived on the lanai with binoculars in hand everyday. The bed was very comfortable too. We would definitely rent this unit again.

Flawless

We spent 11 days here. Everything was really perfect. The unit was very clean. We had absolutely zero issues with any pesky critters, which was very nice. 5 stars is not enough. The place was fabulous.

This place was great! As soon as you open the door you realize you made the right choice. Pictures are accurate. The view is fantastic. AC is important to me. There are two AC units in the condo, one in the living room and one in the bedroom which kept the entire place nice and cool, always comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, plates, drink ware, paper towels and cookware. The refrigerator has an ice maker which was a nice bonus. The bathrooms had plenty of towels and there were some really nice hand soaps provided. Both showers provided shampoo, conditioner and body wash which had a very nice smell to them. Having two bathrooms, both with showers was really nice. The bed was huge and very comfortable. Both TV's were smart TV's which was nice to log into our accounts to watch shows other than local broadcasts. My wife took advantage of the washer and dryer. There was already laundry detergent so there was no need to buy some. Washer and dryer was easy to use and worked very well. Communication was great with Jono, who provided easy instructions to the condo and entry. There is covered parking steps away from the front door. The swimming pool is just across from the condo, about a 2min walk from the front door. The condo was very clean, up to date and well kept. The next time my wife and I are in Maui, this will be the first place I look for.

Research well worth it!

Wife and I spend much time researching different properties and locations. For what we were looking for and hoping for, this property lived up to and hit every point on our list. Perfectly appointed and yes the view was perfect! Bedroom and bed very comfortable as to what we like in sleeping quality. On site host incredibly helpful and friendly. We used the Concierge Services at the Ritz and couldn't of been happier with the quality of service from their staff as well. We definitely would stay here again on any return trip to Maui.

Jono and Keri’s Kapalua Ridge condo did not disappoint! Listing is as advertised and more. You begin and end with location, location, location. We love Kapalua because it’s quiet and well maintained. When you arrive you are greeted with a reserved, covered parking spot, directly in front of the condo. A storage area contains beach chairs, a boogie board, two masks and snorkels, and pool noodles. Need more? Snorkel Bob’s is just down the road. Condo access is easy and digital keypad made entry a breeze. Inside this second story condo (there are approximately 8 outdoor steps to get from street to front door), you have access to everything you’re going to need to relax and enjoy your Maui vacation. A/C units in the living room and bedroom. Ceiling fans in both rooms. Two full baths. Laundry. Beach towels. Air mattress and pull out sofa to go along with a King bed. Dual vanity in the master bath. High speed internet, smart TV available in the condo. TV in living room and bedroom. Dining table with room for 4. Beautiful lanai with table and seating for 4, plus a lounge chair to relax with beverage of choice. The view is Northwest facing, directly down to Oneloa Beach. 5 minute walk to Oneloa, 10 minute walk to Kapalua Bay Beach, and 15 minute walk to Napili Beach. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need to grill out across at the pool, or to make rice, coffee, blended drinks, or open a bottle of wine. Mahalo Jono and Keri!! We will be back soon.

We had a great stay here. Place was spacious with excellent ocean views. Well equipped kitchen for cooking and beach chairs/umbrella were useful. Beach was a 5 minute walk and pool across the street. Complex was well maintained. Covered parking was useful to keep the car cool. We love the Kapalua area. Would for sure come back and stay here again!
