This home is incredible! Extremely clean and spacious with a unique charm and elegance. The game rooms, hot tub and fire pit were fantastic perks for all to enjoy. I would highly recommended staying in this amazing home!

Amenities and attention to detail were amazing for this house. Pictures posted matched the house. We made breakfast a few days, so nice to have everything we could have needed, plenty of dishes, cooking and bake ware. Bonus was needing saran wrap and there was some. Ice maker was a bonus and used. We used the hot tub and fire pit and the game room. Perfect for watching some post season baseball after visiting distilleries. This was a great location for the bourbon trail. Plenty of space in the house for 3 couples. Would recommend staying here.

We came for the bourbon trail and this excellent, cute little house was perfect. Plenty of room. Slept and accommodated 7 people easily. Beds are comfy and the downstairs game room is on point. Thank you for sharing with us! Highly recommend! Great experience!

Second stay. I travel to the area a couple times per year and will plan future trips around the property availability. House is the perfect combination of modern and classic as well as quiet, but with many entertainment options. Chelle is a pleasure with whom to work

This was an incredible home! The owner Chelle thought of and provided everything!! We had a few questions during our stay and the communication was top notch usually within minutes! We have decided this will be our go to VRBO every year when we come to Kentucky!

Central location

We spent a week doing bourbon tasting and other activities. Staying in Shelbyville made it easy to go on our daily treks!

We came for a guys weekend for my buddies 42nd birthday. The house was fantastic - clean, comfortable, stylish, comfortable beds and linen, incredibly well stocked kitchen (we cooked every meal at the house) and we loved the basement game room area. We played poker one night and pool every night we were there. Chelle, the host, was great. Very responsive and kind. If/when we come back, we will for sure book this place again.

WONDERFUL VRBO! Chelle was an excellent communicator: replied to our questions quickly, checked in with us during our stay making sure all was well, and made check out super easy! Loved all the special touches: pet corner, towel displays, horse decor, notes throughout the home. Located in a quiet lovely neighborhood, with several distilleries, restaurants, and shops nearby. Pictures online are very accurate: beautiful & spacious interior, AWSOME backyard with relaxing hot tub and fire pit. We highly recommend staying at this home!

Chelle was a wonderful host. She always responded within 5-10 minutes when messaging her. We had a smsll issue with the hot tub and she sent a repairman and within a few hours it was fixed. She was very attentive and responsive to our needs. Fantastic host!

Made some wonderful memories with our adult kids.

This home has everything! Our host provided all that we needed in a welcoming, inviting home. Lovely house in a nice neighborhood. We had five adults and one small dog, and had plenty of room. Hot tub was great at night after a busy day on the bourbon trail. The game room and poker table also provided lots of laughs and good times together. Excellent!!

Bourbon Trail Experience

The house is really big and spacious. Loved the quiet lovely neighborhood. Grill worked great, all other appliances were good as well. Have your housekeeper check the shampoo and soap bottles after each stay. 2-3 of ours were empty. Otherwise we had an exceptional visit. Also, great location for folks visiting along the Bourbon Trail.

Bourbon Trail with Buddies

Great house in a good location for hitting the Bourbon trail. We had a group of three couples and it was the perfect set up for us. We loved the special amenities—hot tub, fire pit, poker table. The entire house was so well organized. There were small things throughout that made it clear how much the owners have given thought and planning to being good hosts (I.e.: towels for hot tub right next to door leading outside). The location is good to traveling to different areas of Kentucky’s bourbon trails. Close to many, not far from any. Extra travel tip—great bourbon pours are actually available at the brewery in this town, which is within walking distance of this house.

The house was great. We really enjoyed the basement - pool table and poker table room. We spent a lot of time playing games and visiting here. There was space for all of us to find our spot. The neighborhood was nice and friendly. We found this convenient to run to Louisiville (30 min), Frankfort (35 min) and Cincy (90 min). The upstairs was a bit warm so we turned the AC down but the 1st floor and basement were really cold. There were lots of amenities. Communication was great with the host. Three full baths was also nice for 5 adults. With the heat during our stay, we didn't get to take advantage of the outdoor spaces as much. We highly recommend this place.

We had an amazing stay at the Magnolia Bourbon Manor in July 2026. We were in town for a basketball tournament and found the location to be fitting for our group. While being a little further from Louisville, it was just a 30-35 min ride and close to many amenities that entertained our family. The accommodations were more than enough for three families. The game room/basement was perfect for the girls to hang out, away from parents. The home is beautifully decorated and gives a perfect home away from home feeling. I would 100% recommend this home.
