Welcome to this Modern One Bedroom, located a couple minutes from the Denver Tech Center, State Parks and more, making this a perfect location for your Colorado vacation or work traveling needs, with a seasonal communal pool and gym on site.
Upon entry into the space, you'll be greeted with a large, open space. You'll find a comfortable sofa, cozy fireplace and big screen tv. Kick up your feet and enjoy the fire with a glass of wine or hot cup of tea after a long day exploring or working. This space has counter dining for 2 and boasts the open kitchen for easy entertaining or gathering. Head into the kitchen and find a well stocked kitchen. The bedroom offers a luxury queen mattress, comfortable linens for a good nights sleep, as we value comfortable mattresses and linens, and you’ll find a large closet area with plenty of space. The bathroom has a tub and shower combo and there is private laundry in the unit. The sliding door and vaulted ceilings let in plenty of light and fresh air, and gives the space an airy feel.
