Absolutely amazing stay! Host was responsive and so friendly. The space is so lovely, really nicely spread out and beautifully decorated. Love that we found this unique stay for our trip!

Friends you need to know what you are getting here -- this is a half basement apartment, a kind typical in Denver. However none of these windows would provide egress in a fire; I can't see how this can be a legal apartment - and if it is, it shouldn't be. The property cannot be accurately described as "luxury." Perhaps it was once upon a time. But the red couch is torn, the carpet although washed is stained, many of the windows dirty, behind the beds dusty, glasses in the cupboard dirty, the shower looking old. It was alarming to me to arrive in such a place because I am very sensitive to mold and dust, and I couldn't see how to get an air exchange. There is no AC, just a lot of fans. It was stuffy and hard to sleep. The owner never responded with a solution to my concerns about air exchange -- It was our son who showed us that these windows do open. That helped a lot on the last day. The "front photo" isn't the front at all. The photo shown as the "front" is what the back deck area facing the woods must have looked like long ago.

Perfect Location, Very Comfortable

Loved location for Red Rocks and great neighborhood restaurants. Very comfortable and nicely appointed. The steam shower was a big plus!

John’s apartment was clean, comfortable and cute, and he was very accommodating. Very close to Red Rocks for our concert and a great location for exploring lots of cool sites within 1-2hrs. Would stay again.

Great CO vacation launch pad!

We really enjoyed our stay! It is a very well decorated space, so nice and cozy, which made this feel like our home away from home for the weekend! John is an easy going, very reachable host who went above and beyond; we felt like we had everything we needed. We would definitely come back for another trip!

Comfortable and Close to Major Venues

John was an excellent host. The property was very well kept and Close to Red Rocks and downtown Denver. I would recommend this residence for anyone passing through the Denver area.

These guests came to see a show at Red Rocks. I keep adding to my Red Rocks kit. Now includes secrets about best parking, tailgating, secret bathroom and more. Also I have a cooler and chairs you can use to make the most of your Red Rocks experience.

Quick Getaway

John's home was perfect for out last minute trip to catch a Red Rocks concert! We will definitely stay again when we have more time to enjoy the amenities like the real fireplace and beautiful outdoor space.

Comfortable Stay

Very nice and large! Lots of room! Very easy location to restaurants and main highways. John was very nice and helpful. Beds were nice along with the steam shower!

Your right. The space is huge. I think about 1800 sq feet. If you stayed in a hotel this would be considered a large upscale master two bedroom suite... I am glad you enjoyed your stay.

Relaxing stay close to the city

Close to the city but quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed our stay in this cute 2 bedroom suite. Check-in and out were simple and contactless. The steam shower was amazing once we figired it out. Lots of lounge space for relaxing after exploring the metro area. Would stay here again.
