"Just A Walk Away" is a private beach house only 70 Ft from the nearest beach access and was completely renovated in the summer of 2024!! It has all new flooring, paint, furniture, décor, appliances and an updated kitchen and bathrooms.

"Just A Walk Away" is conveniently located in the Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach and is directly across the street from the beach. "Just A Walk Away" can accommodate 8 with 1 queen, 1 full, 2 twins and a sleeper sofa. All 3 bedrooms and the living room feature smart TV's with YouTube streaming, free Wi-Fi and free parking for 3 vehicles. Please note that only 3 TV's can stream YouTube TV at the same time. House also features a private hot tub, yard/beach games (corn hole, yard pong, & connect four), beach wagon, charcoal grill and convert-a-bench picnic table.

"Just A Walk Away" is pet friendly because we love our fur babies and want you to be able to bring them along with you on vacation. Pets are always welcome (dogs only) with a $200.00 non-refundable pet fee and we do not have any breed or weight restrictions nor do we have any restrictions on how many dogs you can bring. Please note, there is only a small grassy area on 1 side of the house.

This is an excellent place to stay. The beach access is just across the street from. The area of town is very clean. Traffic is not bad at all. I would definitely go back for another visit or recommend this place to friends!!

Overall we were extremely pleased! Great location if beach access is important. Only issue was the hot tub, but, very quick response time to assist. You do have to replace the control panel to operate it. We got lucky and Brian from maintenance was on the property when we called the office. Thanks for a wonderful vacation. We would rent again in the future.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing time! The house was super clean. It was so convenient being that close to the beach. Parking was right outside our door so it was nice just to hop in our car and go. Would definitely stay here again!

As soon as you walk in, the place has a weird smell to it. Not really sure what it was but definitely noticeable. No rugs anywhere in the house to wipeFeet on. Especially need one for when you walk in the door. We chased flies the whole time with no fly swatter to be found. Also several dead flies in windows and on floor. No outlet n the second bathroom to plug in hair dryer. Also no hooks in that bathroom to hang wet towels on. Very soft spot on the floor in that bathroom that feels like it is about ready to cave in if you stepped hard enough. No blankets anywhere for those who are chilly and need more cover. The couch was not very comfortable and seemed to also kind of have a smell. However, location was amazing! Rental company was great to work with. Loved having TVs in each room. Not sure if this review will matter seeing how this place is now up for sale.

Anniversary Stay

My husband and I visited this location with our adult kids. The stay was absolutely wonderful. We were literally "just a walk away " from the beach. The rental property was very clean and well furnished it accomodated everyones needs.

Just A Walk Away was just that!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What an adorable beach house, beautifully decorated, and a fantastic location across from the beach path! We had everything we needed for our week’s stay. Our plan was to cook some meals, but we wound up dining out for breakfasts and dinners. Glasses and coffee cups were plentiful, and lots of bath towels provided even though we did bring some of ours from home thinking we wouldn’t have enough. No need except for our own beach towels. Your newly installed HOT TUB was sooooo nice during a few evenings. When we couldn’t get it started on one of the first nights, a quick call to your rental office was all we needed. Within 1/2 hour, someone (very nice btw) came to service it, and teach us how to work it. Only negative about the hot tub... the buttons are very hard to push on and off for the workings of it. We used the beach cart provided most days, so it was nice not to have to pack ours from home! Another small issue...provide more clothes hangers for each bedroom...small bathroom could use hooks, and towel rack on back of door and an outlet in small bath to dry hair/shave at sink/mirror. Otherwise, lots of wall hooks throughout this charming cottage in the kitchen and main bath. We used the hose to wash off sandy feet and paws, but an outside shower head might be nice as well for sandy bathing suits and bodies coming off the beach, as well as before getting in the hot tub. We did notice a small “soft spot” in the flooring in front of the sink in small bath that maintenance might want to check out before it gets worse. We rented a golf cart from the little store just a building away, and Amro the owner was more than accommodating with the cart itself, and shopping at his little general store. Very convenient! We would definitely come back and stay here, as it really is “just a walk away” from the beach!
