The house is beautiful. Love the fact that all bedrooms have their own bathroom. The location of the house meant that the family could walk to the beach and to the downtown area for eating and shopping. Truly a great week.

Another terrific stay!

This year was our fifth staying at The Grand Escape. It’s perfect for families and larger groups. Everyone was comfortable and appreciated the roominess and cleanliness of the house. The location can’t be beat, two blocks to the beach and one short block to Mason Avenue! We especially love sitting on the front porch. Thanks for another great stay!

July family vacation

We've vacationed in Cape Charles several times and find it to be perfect for our two grandchildren (ages 5 and 7). This house is spacious enough for our group and close to both the water and the ice cream store. Grand Escape is a very comfortable house with historic charm.
