We love Cape Charles. This property was within walking distance to the beach, easy to rent a golf cart and get into town, or grab one their bikes and enjoy the nature trail!Front and back porches so nice. All questions were answered really promptly. Very clean and comfortable.

Checking in to a typical beach house you feel like you have a place to stay for the week, but that’s about it. This is NOT that place. From the second I unlocked the door I felt like I was at home. The decor, the small touches of personalization, the welcome guide, and all the extras made this feel like a home away from home for the week. My kids loved the upstairs loft living room space and bikes in the garage. The adults had plenty of space to relax and really enjoy the vacation. Everyone was happy the whole week. In addition to the space itself you can’t beat the location. Tucked into Bay Creek with space for the kids to play, but right down the road from the private beach access. This is the place you want to stay for your next Cape Charles vacation.

Chip was very welcoming and had great communication and made sure we had everything we needed. The home was spotless and exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect for us. We really enjoyed the pickleball courts.

The property is just as described in a wonderful location. Chip was excellent communicating with me regularly and answered all my questions. We were three women having a girls weekend and we had a great time. The house is basically brand new. There is some construction around, but nothing bothered us.We would certainly return.

Hi! The house is beautiful and was perfect for our smaller party. We appreciated the layout, the extra things in the garage for the beach and the location. We didn't enjoy not knowing that we didn't have access to the pool that was shown in the pictures or the golf cart that was shown in the pictures. Sure maybe it was somewhere for us to see if but you have never been to cape charles that's hard to understand. Getting a golf cart at the last minute is not easy. We could only find one for less than 24 hours. Without access to the pool that was within walking distance and no golf cart we left the property early. Those are the little things that make a trip in Cape Charles fun and the moments with my family that I was looking forward. I also told the person but the wifi password is cutoff in the booklet. Yes it is somewhere else but we missed that and when trying to get started to work that was not fun. I don't want any of this to take away for the property and how pretty it is but knowing this other information earlier on would have saved our trip and we would book somewhere else next time.

This was our first trip to Cape Charles but won't be our last! The house itself is beautiful, new, well decorated and stocked with all of the items you sometimes wish you had on vacation like cooking/kitchen items. More than enough space for our family of 4 including 2 young children. Being located in the Bay Creek community was great - very close to the beach and the Life Center with pool and a fun golf cart ride into town. Also having access to the garage to park and charge our golf cart overnight was perfect. The host was very responsive in communicating and made our stay stress-free!
