That is unacceptable, and we wish we had known during your stay so we could have addressed these issues immediately. We have passed your report to our housekeeping team, maintenance, and the property owner. Actions being taken include a thorough deep clean (vents, fans, rugs, showers, balcony), inspection and repair/replacement of balcony furniture and the pantry bifold door, an evaluation of the balcony door caulking and shower drainage, review of mattresses/pillows, and an intensified pest‑control inspection/treatment. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention — feedback like yours helps us improve the experience for future guests.
