The cleanliness issues you described — unusable jacuzzi, stained furniture, cleaning rags left in the sink, an item left in an end table drawer, and furniture in disrepair — are unacceptable. We will share this immediately with our cleaning and maintenance teams and the owner for prompt investigation and corrective action, and we will review the listing photos for accuracy.
