Spend your morning on the beach, relax by the oceanfront pool, explore local shops and restaurants, catch a race at Daytona International Speedway, attend one of the area's many events, or watch a rocket launch rise above the horizon. When the day is done, settle in and enjoy the view from one of the wraparound balconies.

About the Condo
The condo is located on the 14th floor and offers views of both the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway. Wraparound balconies provide space to enjoy your morning coffee, watch the sunrise, or unwind at the end of the day with a sunset view.

The primary suite features a king bed, private balcony access, fireplace, TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and separate shower. Two additional bedrooms provide comfortable accommodations for family and friends, each with TVs, storage space, and easy access to nearby bathrooms.

The living area offers plenty of seating, a fireplace, Smart TV, and views of the beach and coastline. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals during your stay, including both Keurig and traditional coffee makers.

Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, cable service, beach equipment for guest use, and an in-unit washer/dryer combo. For larger loads, additional community laundry facilities are conveniently located on the floor. One of the things guests enjoy most is that every room offers a view, whether looking toward the ocean, the city skyline, or the Intracoastal Waterway.

What Guests Enjoy
Guests have full access to the condominium and shared building amenities, including direct beach access, an oceanfront pool, fitness center, and secure underground parking. Grocery carts are available in the garage to make loading and unloading easier.

The condo is stocked with many of the items we enjoy using ourselves, including beach chairs, a beach canopy, cooler, beach toys, books, games, and other extras to help you spend less time packing and more time enjoying your stay.

One of the things guests enjoy most is the flexibility of the location. Spend the day at the beach, relax by the pool, attend a race at the Speedway, explore local attractions, enjoy a rocket launch, or simply sit on the balcony and take in the view.

Location
Daytona Beach offers something for just about everyone throughout the year. Whether you're visiting for the beach, a race weekend, a concert, a sporting event, a motorcycle rally, or a family vacation, you'll find plenty to do within a short drive of the condo.

The property is conveniently located near many of the area's most popular attractions, including the Daytona Boardwalk, Bandshell, Ocean Walk, Daytona Lagoon, Daytona International Speedway, Ocean Center, Daytona Pier, and nearby Ormond Beach. Grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, and other everyday conveniences are also close by.

For race fans and event attendees, Daytona hosts NASCAR events, Bike Week, Biketoberfest, Spring Break activities, concerts, and festivals throughout the year. Many guests choose Horizons 1401 as a comfortable home base while enjoying these events.

If you're looking to explore beyond Daytona Beach, Kennedy Space Center, historic St. Augustine, and many Central Florida attractions can be reached within a day trip. Cape Canaveral is visible from the property, and depending on launch schedules and conditions, rocket launches may be visible from the balcony.

Whether your plans involve relaxing on the beach, exploring the area, attending an event, or simply enjoying the view, the location makes it easy to experience the best of Daytona Beach and Florida's Space Coast.

Good to Know Before You Book
Horizons 1401 is located in a residential condominium community. We ask all guests to be respectful of neighbors and observe building quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Guests have access to the condo, oceanfront pool, fitness center, beach access, and building common areas. Secure underground parking is included, and additional arrival information will be provided before check-in.

The building is undergoing a multi-phase exterior renovation project. Work on our side of the building has been completed, and construction has moved to lower sections on the opposite side of the property. Construction is typically scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, weather permitting, with no scheduled work on weekends. Guests may occasionally hear or see construction activity, particularly in common areas, but the impact on the condo itself is generally limited. The pool and beach access remain available during the project, and we provide updates before arrival if conditions change.

For security purposes, the condominium association maintains cameras in common areas throughout the property. There is also a video doorbell located outside the condo entrance. There are no cameras inside the condo.
