We are proud to highlight that we pay best in industry compensation for our small local management team and all of our housekeepers, too. So, you can understand, it is very important to us, really a lifelong legacy and mission, to provide the best service. Regarding the comments you left in your review, we were quite surprised to see some of these, as we had dozens of communication interactions with you in advance of your stay and during your stay. Our admin team put you directly in touch with our local managers when you reached out to ask if the hot tub would be functional - that response happened within 1 hour far ahead of your arrival. Your comments about the outdoor lounge having obstructed views of the ocean from the powerlines can be validated in the listing's gallery photos. In addition - this supplementary viewing terrace is about 100 yards from the main home. No power lines can be seen from the main home in this same way and we're very glad that the exquisite views of the private redwood meadow from the main home BBQ and hot tub deck were satisfactory to you.
