Castnetters

Alan and his wife Donna were amazing host. They stopped in twice to check on how are stay was going. The place was just as advertised.

Great location with a private pool

This unit is in the middle of the island across the street from Manatee Beach which is also a trolley stop for the free trolley that travels throughout the island. It’s also in walking distance to both a Publix grocery and CVS pharmacy. Donna and Alan are great hosts and very accommodating. We enjoyed our time on Anna Maria Island and couldn’t have found a better place to stay.

Excellent Hosts!

This was our second stay at this property. Started off with just my husband and myself. But last minute we had our big family join us. Alan and Donna were very accommodating and made everyone feel welcome! I highly recommend this property! The property is very clean and close to everything you need!

Absolutely wonderful

Our accomodations were very nice. The owners were prompt with any of our needs. The faucet in master bath had an issue. Plumber was there the next day. We enjoyed Allen and Debby. Both very nice people. The public beach is literally right across the street. It was nice to walk over there and not have to drive. Traffic can be crazy sometimes. We are planning on going back next year.

Alan and Donna were wonderful hosts! They met us there to help show us where things were like the laundry room downstairs. They own the building and have a place to stay below this unit so if you need anything, they are easy to get a hold of. I always pack the extras like trash bags, hand soap, dish soap, etc. but since we flew in, I didn’t bring it. Donna had stocked it ALL for us, including dove body wash in the showers! The kitchen has all the things you could possibly need. They had beach chairs, multiple umbrellas, beach toys, floats, boogie boards, and carts to pull to the beach. We did a Walmart drop off order and went to Publix which is close by for food. We felt like the condo was super clean and well-stocked compared to places we have stayed elsewhere. Donna washes all the comforters after each family stays and it is clearly taken care of. The pool is only for two units and partly shaded at the end of the day which was refreshing, plus it was clean. There’s an outdoor shower on the beach of the building. We got a golf cart for 3 days, the rest of the time we rode the free trolley. Both were easy. You can walk to a trolley stop to the side street facing Publix which we found easiest. The golf cart was fun but it was hot and expensive. I think the only thing we wish we had done differently is renting a car at the airport instead. All of the beaches on the island are super easy to access with turtle nests on all of them! We would stay here again for sure!

Amazing location

The location of this place is amazing. It's literally right across the street from the best beach on Anna Marie island. But don't use Google maps to get here, they're wrong. The condo had everything we needed, including spare beach and pool equipment so you didn't have to buy everything yourself. The rooms were good sized and the condo was clean. We used the pool side grill a couple of different times. The biggest down side with this condo was because the location is so convenient it can be a challenge to get back on the main road, bit I'd still stay here again.
