Great place to stay. Loved seeing the sunset from the yard. So much ample space for everyone. Close to the Forrest and Oregon border. Great place to atay!

What a beautiful home and location! It was very spacious and comfortable. The views were spectacular. Easy to get into town as well - nothing was too far away.

What a great place, quiet, plenty of room, on 20 acres no neighbors, very clean and some of the best sunsets we have ever seen from the house over looking the lake and ocean. Deon the host probably best host we have ever interacted with, very friendly made sure we had every thing and even brought our teenage kids s'more fixings for the fire pit.We strongly recommend this rental.

Overall the house was amazing. Perfect views of the lake. Lots of open windows. My only complaint is The master bed is super tall and was hard to get into.

Wonderful lake front experience and the home has views from every room! Host was great and very helpful. The ranch and horses were a special homey touch.

We loved the rural feel of the place, but were only 15 minutes from town. My kids loved that there were horses on property that they could pet. It was a really nice stay - lots of space and perfect for what we needed

We had the opportunity to have a small reception dinner on the property and it was beautiful. The home was sparkling clean, the drive in is quiet and the views are incredible! Deon and family are the most wonderful people and we would recommend booking here anytime you’re in the area!

Farmhouse vibe

We had a good stay overall. The house is spacious with plenty of room to spread out. The master suite was huge and comfortable, while the other bedrooms were quite small and basic—no mirrors, minimal furniture—but they worked for what we needed.The home has a simple, no-frills farmhouse vibe. If you’re looking for something relaxed and roomy, this fits the bill.We enjoyed seeing the horses and taking walks down the quiet road. The lake view was pretty, though there wasn’t a clear path to get down to it. We only used the hot tub once, but it was nice to have as an option.The kitchen got a lot of use—we cooked most meals and were able to make do with the available pots, utensils, and accessories.There was a noticeable smell when we arrived, but air fresheners helped. The house was relatively clean, though we noticed dusty floors and spiderwebs in the corners and nooks. No curtains (even in bathrooms) and no closet rods, which made unpacking a little inconvenient.That said, the host was quick to reply and very helpful throughout our stay, which we really appreciated.If you’re after something simple, spacious, and peaceful with a rustic touch, this place could be a good fit.

Our family enjoyed our stay and will definitely visit again. The backyard is so peaceful. We enjoyed the fire pit and the kids enjoyed making s’mores.

The house has a lot of space and is nicely decorated. It is close to town but you feel like you have space. My children enjoyed waking up to horses on the property. Close to Jedidiah smith state park, which has great trails.
