For those of you that want to experience a country coastal retreat this is the place for you. Just 5 minutes drive to Kellogg beach this spacious studio is nestled among beautiful horse pastures. Make your way 5 minutes the opposite direction and find yourself at the banks of the serene Smith River, one of the cleanest rivers in the nation with its pristine undamned emerald waters. This river is well known for its seasonal fishing and guides. Towering over the river and surrounding land you'll find the majestic old growth redwoods. Explore the Grove of Titans, and walk among the Largest Redwood Trees in the World. This coastal retreat will be one to remember.

We had a wonderful stay. The unit is perfect, decorated well and has everything you need. The location is perfect for visiting the redwoods. The fresh eggs for breakfast was a special treat and communicating with the hosts was easy.

This is a really comfortable place to stay. Close to Crescent City, the redwood parks, Oregon and beaches while being away from it all. The hosts are friendly and helpful. Overall a great experience.

We had a short one night stay here with our two kids and it was a great place to stay! The host is great, the property was super clean and had all the amenities you could need. Definitely recommend! :)

This host has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and homey. Highly recommended you book your stay now. One large room includes a king size bed, kitchen, dining area and living area. The sofa is a pull out. The bathroom is separate. The place was spotless. Washer and dryer available to use. We enjoyed our trip to the redwoods and looked forward to coming back to our apartment at the end of the day.

The space was absolutely beautiful. To call it a studio is accurate, but the furniture is well-planned. There is plenty of room for the sofa bed to unfold, plus plenty of extra room for something like a pack-and-play if you need it. We had a family of four (ages 7 and 11) and had lots of room to move around and settle without feeling like we were on top of each other. With windows open, there was a lovely breeze through the space. The room was well-stocked with lots of towels and blankets readily available. The host was always eager to get us whatever we needed.

Comfortable bed, very clean, welcoming appearance, close to Redwoods and Beach. Kitchen was equipped with spices, oil, coffee and some bonus condiments in the refrigerator. A nice surprise was being left 8 farm fresh eggs from the hosts chickens.

Awesome stay!

Perfect location to visit the redwoods, ocean, and Oregon coast! It was quiet, clean, and had everything we needed and more! Host gave many recommendations for local food and sights to see and those were a 10/10! Would stay here again!

My family (myself, husband, and 2 yr old) stayed at this lodging for 2 nights while exploring the Redwoods. We were just under 40 mins from Trees of Mystery, about 15 mins from downtown Crescent City, and about 35 mins to Grove of Titans. There's also an amazing little quiet beach at the end of the road about 5 mins (drive) from the house. So amazing location! The actual lodging was beautiful, well designed, and very clean. One of the best short term rentals weve ever stayed at! The owners also supplied us with farm fresh eggs from their kitchen, which was so thoughtful and kind and they supplied us with several breakfast, lunch, and dinner options in the area as well.

Loved our stay here! It was just what we needed for our trip to the Redwoods! The attention to detail and comforts were above and beyond, and we could not have asked for more! Access to a washer and dryer we're definitely a plus too!

Great Location
