Amazing property. Pictures don’t do it justice. We had a large group of multiple families and there was plenty of room for everyone. Enjoyed playing yard games out back, sitting around the fire pit, board games on the porch, and fishing from the dock.

The house was beautiful, immaculate, with plenty of space. The bay and pier for fishing and crabbing were more than expected. Beautiful. If you’re looking for a lot of activity, this is not the location, but the house is absolutely perfect.

We had a wonderful time staying at this waterfront location. Very spacious. It gave us enough room to all gather together, but also gave guests a chance to relax with privacy. It was exactly like the photographs. No surprises. I don’t want to give it too good of a recommendation until after I have a chance to book it for next year.

Sunset Promise kept its promise and delivered on all the images you see online. The beautifully decorated home is immaculate in its cleanliness and that Chesapeake Bay is something that wows from every window facing the water. We enjoyed every moment at Sunset Promise.

We rented Sunset Promise because it was large enough to comfortably accommodate our extended family for my granddaughter’s wedding at Herrington Harbor. The home exceeded my expectations. Every detail had been thoughtfully addressed. The beds were very comfortable. The floor plan allowed communal gathering as well as privacy. The kitchen was well stocked. We were pleased that an unadvertised high chair was provided which was far superior to the high chair that we rented from a baby service. Games were provided for both inside and outside entertainment. On the last day of our stay, we had a windy rainy day. We gathered around the fireplace, played games, and made wonderful memories. When we had any questions, the host was very responsive. Our family would definitely recommend this home if you are planning a stay in the North Beach area.
