The property and home are absolutely beautiful and so well maintained. We had everything we needed from extra blankets and pillows to cleaning supplies and even cream and sugar for the coffee that was provided. This home is a must if you are visiting this lovely slice of the eastern shore. Thank you so much to Kathy and Matt for helping to make this weekend truly wonderful for my family.

Beautiful home, perfect for a quick and relaxing getaway. The house was fully stocked with everything you need. It has a beautiful view with plenty of outdoor sitting areas. The bedrooms are large, each with its own bathroom, which is always great. The owners were very accommodating. We would love to come back in the winter as well. The town is very close by with many restaurants. Highly recommend!

We chose this property for a family vacation after graduation in DC and couldn't be happier. Matt and Kathy were very responsive accommodating with our late evening arrival. The location is perfect where you can go north and south up the shore with plenty of small shopping and restaurant options, or stay at home and enjoy a peaceful evening on the pier. Highly recommended and will absolutely look at coming back!

Kitchen had bottled waters, creamer, coffee and snacks. The house was amazing! And the manager could not have been nicer, even brought over a child's gate for my G-kids for the steps. Truly made a special weekend better.

Host was very welcoming and helpful. The house itself is beautiful and the setting is spectacular. Kitchen is very well supplied and all the rooms have incredible views of the Bay.

If I could give Matt and his wife more than five stars, I absolutely would.The house itself was incredible, beautiful, comfortable, and set in one of the most picturesque locations imaginable. The views from the house were simply breathtaking, and sitting out on the dock felt like a little piece of heaven. It was the kind of place where you could just sit, relax, take in the scenery, and forget about everything else.But as wonderful as the house was, what truly made our stay so special was Matt. He and Kathy were the most accommodating, kind, and generous hosts we have ever encountered. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. At one point, they even offered to drive us to pick up a car we had left at the wedding venue, something they absolutely did not have to do, but that perfectly reflects the type of people they are. You can find a beautiful house in a lot of places, but finding a beautiful house combined with hosts who genuinely care about their guests is something special. Our stay was memorable not only because of the incredible home and stunning views, but because of Matt and his wife and the way they treated us.We cannot recommend this place highly enough and would return in a heartbeat. Thank you both for making our stay so special!

We returned for our second visit and were again, not disappointed. Beautiful house with lots of amenities and special treats for guests upon arrival like coffee, cream, and a basket of snacks. Matt and Kathy are gracious hosts.

Excellence in Hospitality and Accommodation

Matt and Kathy have made this stay for us absolutely incredible! From their hospitality, to their flexibility and pin stay accommodations it made the property even more special! Pictures do not give this beautiful home justice. Simply an oasis!

There was scenic views. Town was within walking distance. The only thing I would add was that there needed to be curtains in the bedrooms. While the morning sunrise was excellent, it would be nice to sleep in.

An excellent vacation rental

The layout of the house is amazing as are the views from all levels. The hosts were very available and communicative. The little things they provided like snacks, half and half, coffee, and water bottles were much appreciated. We would love to return again.

This house is beautiful, gorgeous views from every room. Spacious and beautifully appointed. Matt and Kathy were wonderful hosts and thought of everything we could need. We attended at wedding at Herrington Harbor and this was super convenient. Would love to return!

Perfect Bay House Rental!

This property is amazing. The house is very nice and well designed. Beautiful views of the bay from many large windows and decks. Luxurious bedrooms and bathrooms throughout. Perfect amount of space for our 3 adult couples. The hosts were also very nice and accommodating, with multiple thoughtful personal touches during our stay. All around a perfect experience!
