Great location for our needs. We visited the water park in Tacoma and this house was located only 15 min away. Easy process for booking. good communication with the host. Family friendly and very spacious. My only recommendation would be a bigger TV and more sitting in the living room area we were a big family and there was not too many options for sitting. We wanted to watch the soccer game but TV in leaving room is very small and dated which was a bit of an inconvenience but in overall I would like to say that is worth what we pay for. For me the costumer service is crucial and the host did phenomenal. Thanks.

Nice Stay

Went to the Seattle to visit the area with some friends. Enjoyed the property and the amenities. It was nice to have separate rooms for all the guests. Conveniently located between Seattle and Tacoma. Host was accommodating with a later check in and early check out. Thanks for having us.

We had 6 adults and 4 children, yet there were not enough dishes for all of us. The silverware was also inadequate. The dishes, knives and other items in the kitchen were just a miss match of things. The living room had a couch and 1 small TV. No other chairs. In fact,there was only 1 TV in the whole house. There were no end tables in the living room. The deck had a small table and 2 chairs. The backyard was all ivy and not useable. The landscaping in the front was derelict. Meager amount of towels for all the people. The beds were good and the house was clean.

You are a very quite guest, I have sent several times emails but no answer. All other chairs are in garage for your use. About silverwares are the same issue. the end table is in the front of living room. Anyway, all those problems you said are not problems. The big problem from you is no any communication indeed. Hope next time, you know how to stay in an Airbnb. Thank you for leaving a message here.

Nice house interesting manager

The house was large and clean. There was an issue with the washer where the water wasn't turned on all the way. Communication with the owner was tense at the time of original booking. I was asked to pay extra because she incorrectly listed the house at a different price. Once we were in the house communication was fine. Host was avaiable with any questions.

I have an incredible grp of old friends & we do a yearly golf trip. We are advancing in age (avg 68) & this requires the Vrbo house we stay in to meet certain needs/qualifications to ensure we all are able to enjoy our stay, while on vacation.We booked one but ended up in two of Lisa's houses. We were very happy with both houses. Very clean, spacious, & met our required needs, everyone complimented on how nice & soft the beds were (me too). Pots, pans & kitchen utensils were adequate. We did have a furniture issue, but there were no injuries. I'm big on breakfasts & the stove served us well, for all of our meals. The refrigerator was clean & spacious, kept all our food fresh & cold. We were close to the airport, so there were some internet connection issues (very slow). Overall, as a group, we were very happy with the houses.

Ron, thank you for your review. In my opinion, The internet is very high speed, but sometimes, Xfinity has some issues, I can not control it. Two broken chairs have been repairs too. Welcome back for your next stay! We like good guests and welcome all good and honest people to stay at my house.

Not great

From the start, I told the host I was booking on behalf of others and was told it wasn't a problem. Several days prior to check-in, reached out to verify the reservation was still good and was told I needed to be there with ID because she did in-person check-ins. The host was reminded the booking was on the behalf of others. This time she decided this was a problem. After multiple back and forth emails, the host eventually agreed but still with hesitation. After agreeing, she the wanted the names of every person staying. Then came "20 questions" about how many people were staying, asking multiple times. It just goes on and on. Simply put, I would not recommend this property, unless you like very obtrusive people getting all in your business. A hotel would have been better and cheaper.

Booking a 5 bed house is not equivalent to booking a hotel room. Some guests misrepresent occupancy when making a reservation in the mistaken belief the host will not find out. That rarely works. I welcome all guests who respect my property and abide by the stated terms & conditions of occupancy posted online. I do not agree with your description of our dialogue. BTW, for security, i always ask for a valid ID at check-in. You booked only 2 guests, but there were 6 guests in my camera. I dont accept any event ( meeting or party), and your guest told me they would have a meeting at my house. So, that is the reason. So, please read my responses before your booking.

House was nice and spacious for 10 people, plenty of towels and bedrooms. The noise from the airplanes coming and going was a little tough to sleep through, but otherwise it was a great location only a brief drive away from plenty of great activities and locations.
