Relax with the whole family at this peaceful and conveniently located home in Seattle. Our home is peaceful, yet just minutes away from it all. It's a short walk to the magnificent Jefferson Park, and a short bus, light rail, or car ride to downtown Seattle and other neighborhoods.

Enjoy cooking in the full kitchen. Hang out in one of two living rooms. Play shuffleboard. Walk to Jefferson Park and stroll through the Beacon Food Forest. Play on the playground. Golf at the driving range or 18 hole course. Explore Beacon Hill’s renowned restaurant scene, or hop on the light rail or bus for a quick jaunt to explore Seattle’s other neighborhoods. It’s easy to find what you’re looking for here.

★Kitchen | Dining Room★
We recently renovated the kitchen, and have a large dining table. Feel free to utilize the appliances, cookware, and spices.

★Bedrooms | Baths★
4 bedrooms -- two on the main floor, and two on the lower level. Three of them have comfortable queen beds, and the fourth bedroom is set up for young children, with a toddler bed and a crib. The kids bedroom also has a full-size tri-fold floor mattress available (for kids and adults) as needed.

Additionally, there is also a second full-size folding floor mattress downstairs in living room 2. A full-size air mattress is also available. Bed linens are available for the two foldable floor mattresses and air mattress.

There is a bathroom on each floor. Extra towels are located in the main level hall closet and downstairs bathroom cabinet.

★Living Rooms★
The main level living room has an open layout, connecting to the kitchen and dining areas.

The downstairs is freshly renovated, with an open living area suitable for kids play, board games, or watching a movie. It also has a workspace, and the house has fast wi-fi throughout.

★Exterior★
The covered back patio is great for relaxing and having a meal outside. Guests have access to both the front yard and backyard — all fully fenced.

★Parking★
There is space for two vehicles to park. One vehicle may park in the covered driveway, and a second may park perpendicular to the driveway, alongside the alleyway. Street parking is accessible for additional vehicles.

The property served our needs well. We (6 adults) stayed 2 nights while waiting for our scheduled Alaskan cruise. The property was close enough to everything while just far enough away from the city.

Brian’s place is a great all around vacation rental! The location is great and felt like a very safe neighbourhood. The house is very well stocked for your cooking needs as well as bedding and linens. With the basement setup as a play area it’s great for the kiddos. Brian was a great communicator, anytime we had a question he was very quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again next time we’re in the area.

Owner was a joy to work with. The house was clean and well stocked, even with cast iron pans. We stayed with 5 boys 11-14 and we loved having the extra family room downstairs they could just hang out in. Big dinning room table we all could sit at for meals. Was perfect for our trip of 3 moms and our kids!

This house was really comfortable to stay in! It’s great for all people, but if you are traveling with a child, then I highly recommend this place. It literally has everything you’d need from unpotty trained toddlers to adults. There is plenty of space to chill on your own, but also nice space to spend together. The check in process was super easy and prepared for us to be in. Brian is very responsive and easy to contact if there are any issues. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely try to book again if we were coming back to the area

Excellent stay in Seattle

We had an excellent time at this property. It is very spacious and well stocked. It is especially good for families with children. They had toys, games, and supplies for little ones. The host is very responsive and helpful. The location is central to popular attractions. Definitely will stay here again.

This home was wonderful! We ended up being a family of 4 adults traveling with a 2 year old. The house was set up perfectly for a toddler, with everything we could need and no sharp cornered furniture or breakables at toddler level, so we could relax. It was beautifully appointed and centrally located, so we didn’t spent half our 5 day vacation in the car. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare breakfast most days and some dinners, the beds were clean and comfortable. And the host, Brian, was great at communicating. The only weird thing was none of the bedrooms had a dresser. We made do. Would definitely stay here again!

House was exactly what we expected. Great for kids. Upstairs bathroom was set up for toddlers and the whole downstairs area was set up great for toddlers. We have two kids and they had fun. Very clean and well stocked kitchen.

Very clean, location was easy to get around the city. Neighborhood was very quiet. The basement bathroom and shower, especially, is very small, but no other complaints. Owner was very courteous and easy to work with.

This experience was amazing and they had EVERYTHING that we could have possibly needed ! They have thought of everything. The location to the airport as well as downtown and the cruise port was fantastic! We will definitely rebook if we come back to Seattle!! Thank you so much!!

It was clean and worked for 3 couples. The bedrooms are tricky due to being connected. For kids that would be great but adults not so much. Bathrooms were tricky, there was towels only one person and with only one hand towel and no wash cloths. Only one for makeup and with three women that just didn’t work. The shower hand held in the basement fell off and sprayed like crazy. Did have lots for little kids, the 4th bedroom is for toddlers. I felt it was over priced for the property.

We strive to provide a comfortable stay, and can address things directly. We stock extra towels of all sizes in the hallway closet, marked with a sign. It is also World Cup in Seattle right now, so the prices are higher across the board. Please note each bedroom has its own private entrance. Safe travels!

Seattle Getaway

We loved the house, it is in a perfect location about a mile or two outside of downtown Seattle. There is an awesome park nearby that we went to a few times.The owner made sure to leave outside lights on for us as we were arriving late. There were also a few snacks that were very much appreciated after a long day of travel. Well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, plenty of space for our older kids to have their own area and us ours.

This was an excellent place to stay with children. It is well stocked with baby and child toys and equipment. Our toddler grandchild enjoyed the climbing blocks in the basement and the toddler swing set in the back yard. Our grade school grandchild enjoyed a lot of the toys, but especially the shuffleboard table. It was nice that there was a crib and a high chair.The house is conveniently located to the airport and to downtown. We walked to the park a few times, and spent time going through the gardens and using the playgrounds.

Very nice, well located home convenient to light rail station, grocery store, fruit and vegetable market and restaurants. Ideal for multiple guests and the owner is quick to respond to questions and provide information about the area. Kitchen is modern and well-equipped if you want to prepare meals during your stay.
