We had a lovely stay and we opened the windows at night so we could hear the stream flowing outside. The home was spotless and comfortable with alot of character. We drank our coffee outdoors in the mornings under the covered porch and enjoyed our visits with the friendly deer. The location was perfect for visiting Bethel Woods.

Very enjoyable and relaxing due to the lovely home (well maintained/super clean) and amenities provided. If in the area would definitely stay here again.

Home was as listed, owner was ready available to answer questions and offer suggestions for the area. Comfy bed and beautiful kitchen.

What a wonderful experience! We are already thinking about the next stay as we feel we didn’t take advantage of all this home offered. Kitchen was equipped for everything we needed and the living room set-up allowed great family bonding.

Relaxing Catskills getaway

We loved our stay in Livingston Manor! The home was so comfortable and we made use of the kitchen and fireplace. We also loved being able to walk into town easily.

We had a great visit to Livingston Manor. The house was very clean and well appointed. The beds were very comfortable. Downtown is a short and easy walk from the house. The owner was very responsive to our questions. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a comfy spot in Livingston Manor!

Lovely home in Livingston Manor. The house exceeded our expectations. It was well stocked in the kitchen. The bedrooms were very comfortable. They were bigger than they looked online. Everything was very fresh and clean. It was an easy drive to Bethel Woods. We had a great time and can't wait to go back.

I literally booked this property eight or nine months in advance of a family wedding that was going to take place in the Catskills the third week in June. The property did not disappoint and was everything the owner said it would be.There were a couple of small bumps during our four night day, but the owner was extremely responsive and what could’ve become something was nothing.If you are looking for comfortable beds, great showers, good location, quiet, peace, and everything one might need for a brief escape, this is it.
