I was visiting and working close by! This was such a gem. Being steps from a Whole Foods was a huge selling point for me! Extremely comfy memory foam mattress and very clean. Great laundry units too and overall a wonderful experience! Highly recommend.

Excellent place to stay when enjoying Eugene

We enjoyed another great stay in the Ruby room. The place is clean-has everything you need and communication with the host is super easy. Can’t wait to stay there again!! Thanks!!

Great place!

We checked in for a Univeristy of Oregon football game. The unit has a great location, close to both food and the stadium. The unit was clean and had everything you might need for a short stay. We received accurate & timely check in instructions as well. We would stay here again!

Cute clean studio.

It was clean and perfect for my quick stay in Eugene picking up my daughter. Parking wasn’t 100% clear but there seemed to be only one lot.

Perfect apartment centrally located

Wonderful apartment in downtown Eugene. Tricia was extremely responsive to questions and gave thorough entry instructions. Clean, secure building within walking distance to to cafes and campus. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We’ll be back again! Thank you Tricia!

Very nice apt. Good studio size Close to shops especially Whole Foods!Loved the coffee downstairs Everything worked great.Did not use the parking, walked everywhere.Laundry room was excellent and soap pods were provided. Maybe add some dryer sheets. Everything was well equipped.I would have liked an iron. Steam iron just wasn't cutting it for me. But it worked great on one of my shirts but not for my pants-oe maybe I didnt know how to use it.
