The home was exactly as I expected from the pics. Quiet, peaceful and homey. We enjoyed the deck very much. Had a little trouble locating the home at first.

This was our second time staying here and it was exactly as advertised. We love the beach and the Eastport area. All of our questions were answered promptly and the whole experience was easy from start to finish.

Beautiful home with amazing waterfront views. Conveniently located with only a 7 min drive from the very cute downtown. We were extremely pleased with our stay.

A group of us traveled to Maine for the Bay of Fundy Marathon and finding a relaxing place to stay pre and post run was important. You cannot beat the sunrise over the water and this home is so quiet you are guaranteed a great rest. A quick drive to downtown Eastport and access to shops and restaurants. Be sure to check out the WaCo Diner for breakfast (or dinner, or both).

This home is absolutely amazing! The view out the picture window of Passamaquoddy Bay and New Brunswick, Canada is mesmerizing and the view kept changing with the tide going up and down 20 feet. Even though right off the main road, the home is totally secluded and private and quiet. We loved the big deck where we enjoyed cocktails and apps and watched the wildlife. There is also a path down to the water and when the tide is low you can walk out into the bay. Our dogs absolutely loved it. And a big thumbs up to Eastport. What a charming and fun town! We loved it! Highly recommend this special place!

Lovely property right on the water. We enjoyed sunrises, walks on the beach, fires and lobster dinners. What a charming location.

Beautiful secluded spot!

Perfect for a quick stay in Eastport. Close to town, but also feels away from it all and an amazing view. Mostly renovated, clean and comfortable. A great stay!

A beautiful quiet property with great ocean views. Prompt communications with the host and easy instructions to follow. May want to list that you have a keurig vs a coffee pot as we had brought ground coffee and had to go out to get kcups. My first experience with a rental not having an actual coffee pot. We had a great weekend and enjoyed the little shops in Eastport..especially Picnic with great bakery items!

Exceeded all of my expectations. The property was so secluded and I never ran into one person while I was down on the beach. Relaxing is an understatement, it was a dream come true and I will be visiting again.

We came to Eastport for a spiritual reset. If you are looking for a calm, peaceful, relaxing place to stay, look no further! Darcey's getaway was just what we needed. You won't be disappointed.

Wonderful Property !

Highly recommend this Fantastic property ... House was wonderful ( clean and a well equipped kitchen ) , and the views were Amazing ! Eastport Maine is really a Beautiful place ! Property owners were super sweet and very helpful . Will definitely be back

Relaxing and beautiful

Property was very clean and well taken care of. Just a short walk to the beach area. Convienient location if you want to go see some things, lighthouses, Eastport, Canada, Calais, etc...

Perfect Maine getaway

The house had the perfect combination of peaceful serenity and local charm. Waking up to the sunrise over the water was something I looked forward to each day. The location is a little distance from some of the typical Maine tourist spots, but we enjoyed the drives!

Solace from a busy world!

Not sure how many times we have stayed here now, but it never disappoints! Always just a lovely as it was the years before.

Very nice quiet place to stay. It was right on the beach and was very private, which was what I wanted. Darcey was very nice and very responsive. The bed was comfortable and it was nice to have lots of towels. I had delicious fish and chips at A Shore Thing and yummy ice cream at Polar Treat. They were both close by! I very much enjoyed my stay.

Perfect 3/2 with great beach access

I’ve been visiting Maine off and on for the last 14 years and this house was the best. Solitude but 5 minutes to the store. Great views, quiet and relaxing. Loved it!

Check in was good, but would be helpful if it just had a number code to get in. We were so afraid of locking ourselves out, especially with teens going in and out. The kitchen was perfect for our family.

Peaceful Surroundings

A lovely respite with beautiful bay view. We enjoyed watching the sunrise over the water. The house is close to Eastport, and had everything we needed. Darcey was very helpful and easy to communicate with.

Eastern most get away

Our destination was the Eastern most part of the US... this house didn't disappoint - many pieces of sea glass were found daily on the private beach... and we were able to drive to all of our choice destinations.

Eastport Maine July 15-22, 2023

We enjoyed your lovely cottage so much. Everything was clean and nicely appointed. Eastport was such a fun town with really friendly people. We spent a lot of time in Lubec and on Campobello Island.A small request to the caretaker was readily fulfilled. The cottage is so private but readily accessible to everything. As we were loading the car to leave a doe and her fawn emerged from the woods. Magical! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Relaxing vacation

Would definitely stay here again. Only slight issue was that we went up during a rare heat wave. But the homeowners had fans that worked out very nice. Small town perfect for walking, eating, and taking pics. We fell in love with Rayes Mustard. Never gave much thought to mustard til our stay in Eastport. If you have children they will love exploring the private beach. My boys had the time of their lives finding sea creatures. And I had a very enjoyable looking at stars. Haven't seen the sky that clear of light pollution in a very long time.
