About this space
My home is great for persons wanting short to long term stays. Also we can accommodate people that are displaced and awaiting their houses to be completed through insurance companies.
It is nice and cozy in a quiet community sharing a close by park (one-half block away) with seasonal pool, basketball court, and play area for kids.
Available to my guests is a well stocked kitchen and pantry space available.
Open area includes television and couch, etc.
The space

Available to my guests is a Master bedroom with TV and á private bathroom.
Open area includes television and couch, etc.
Guest have access to the whole house. The house is available for short or long-term reservation, it includes 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, common area and kitchen with a patio area for eating or relaxing. Also included is Fire Stick with Netflix, etc.
Comfortable for 4 guests it sleeps up to 6 people.
Other things to note
Please no smoking in the home.
There will be chairs available for smoking preferably 5 feet away from the doors. Please do not throw butts on the grounds, a container will be available for your use.
We appreciate you leaving the house as you found it. All trash can be placed in the large trash cans on the right side of the house.
Please place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher at the end of your stay. We hope you enjoy your stay!

Over the years, I’ve stayed in many VRBOs, but this was by far the most well-stocked property with the most comfortable beds I’ve ever experienced. Check-in and check-out were seamless, making us feel truly welcome rather than just visitors. The hosts were outstanding, regularly checking in to ensure we had everything we needed and that our stay was going smoothly. It felt like they genuinely cared about making our visit feel like home.The icing on the cake was a homemade sweet potato bread JoAnn left for us that simply melted in your mouth.

Great place to stay. JoAnn was very accommodating. She went out of her make to make it a comfortable stay with all the amenities - even delicious banana bread waiting on arrival. Nice outdoor area, quiet neighborhood, good location, very clean and a relaxing atmosphere. Will definitely stay again. Everything you would want as stated in house profile.

Joann knows how to make you feel welcome in her home. We are grateful for all of the little touches around the house. It was very clean and a quiet area for us to rest our tired heads. I highly recommend JoAnn’s home for a safe and pleasant stay. We would love to stay again in the future.

This was the perfect property for our trip to visit friends just north of Austin. Beautiful home with a family-friendly vibe. JoAnn was a terrific host, checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely stay again when we head back to see our Austin friends.
