Beautiful home in a calm community, very peaceful and inviting home. Our family was able to arrive and feel at home and relax! We would definitely love to stay here again if ever in the area.

Our stay in Little Elm for Ironman 70.3 was perfect! The house was spacious and exactly what we needed. Host was very responsive and helpful, made our trip stress-free. Great location and amenities. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

This was a great place for my family and I. It was a 20 minute drive to Universal kids studios. We had plenty of room with 13 of us. Could easily sleep more. The house was very clean and the house stayed cold in the Dallas heat. Highly recommend this home.

The property was big and inviting. We particularly were impressed with the communication with the host.Everything was clean, beds comfortable, and did I say space? Plenty of it. It backed up to a field with horses which was nice.We will definitely stay again.

The house was wonderful and Kari was so nice to work with. I’d love to stay there again since it is so close to my daughter’s house. We had a visitor the first morning too!

We booked this place to host our guests for a party that we had at our house. The guests loved the location and the cleanliness of the property. The host also was in touch with us to make sure everything was ok.

this was in a great location for visiting family in aubrey. the house was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. nice view of horses frombackyard. there is plenty of space and beds to accommodate larger families. will definitely try to book next time we have a big family get together.

The hosts were friendly and responsive to our needs! We loved the large living area attached to the kitchen, the tall ceilings, the beautiful deep window sills, & the many windows! The beds, pillows, and bedding were quite comfortable, which is REALLY important. The throw blankets were nice & cozy. The loft area with the big TV were great, too. We didn't use the backyard, but the furnished porch, wooden deck and large tv look inviting! The house is also near the lake and 2 playgrounds that our kids loved.

The bathrooms were not clean. We found hair in the showers and tub and a glob on top of the drain the shower doors were not clean with residue all over them. There was hair on all bathroom floors. The yard was not cut. We planned on playing corn hole in the backyard and the grass was too tall. We pulled back the comforters to double check for cleanliness ad we do everywhere we stay and there was hair and debris in the bed on top of the fitted sheets. We did not sleep in those beds and left the sheets on them as we were instructed to only strip the beds that we slept in. I hope the next person that stays there double checks the beds. I felt as though we should have been compensated for this but the host did not think the lack of cleanliness was a big deal. I have pictures to prove it.

I apologize your stay was not to your expectations. NOTE: It has been raining daily for weeks and the landscaping company has not been able to mow the yard. We allowed you to check in two hours early at no additional charge. This is time we would normally do a run through and confirm the home is fully clean but we forwent to allow you your requested early entry. We found no hair and debris on the sheets. We purchased more baking items per your request to cook a special meal for your family to ensure you had a special time in our home.

My husband and I are originally from the Texas Panhandle. We moved to the DFW area a few years ago. We enjoy spending time at the lake fishing and swimming which we get to do a lot in this area. We want to be an asset to our guests as we know there are not a lot of options to stay in the area.

This neighborhood is close to many features. We are just a few minutes from the beach of Lake Lewisville in Little Elm, the wedding venue at Knotting Hill, and the Polo fields in Oak Point. The view from the back porch makes sitting outside in the evening very enjoyable.
