Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Experience the city or the outdoors while retreating in this house within minutes to every Seattle landmark. Within 10 minutes you could be in downtown Seattle, hiking a forest trail, or taking a ferry ride across the Puget Sound.
After your day, take a relaxing dip in the cedar hot tub later or a drink by the fire pit to destress.
Urban Oasis has everything you need to have a perfect vacation.

House has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. 3 bedrooms are on main floor and one bedroom is in basement.

Whole house is yours. You have 2 parking spots in the driveway and can also park in the garage if your car fits in it.


NOTE : This place is centrally located, walkable but is on a busy street. Some street noise is expected. Please take that into consideration.

A beautiful well kept oasis in the central district. Close to just about anywhere or anything you’d want to do in Seattle. We stayed a few days before getting on to an Alaskan cruise.

Good location, easy to access everywhere we wanted to go. Plenty of space for 7, and we all liked the look and finishes. Used the hot tub every night, very relaxing. Host was great with timely communication throughout. Highly recommended!

This place was perfect for our trip to Seattle. It is a lovely home and the location was ideal. Having the downstairs space was wonderful for our adult children and allowed our large family plenty of space to spread out. Highly recommend!

we rented 2 different places and this was the family fav large enough for a family with a little backyard that was super cute we would stay there again for sure

What a beautiful home! It worked perfectly for our wedding party group of 8, though it comfortably fit many more inside for a dinner. The hot tub is fantastic (probably fits 5-6 people comfortably at one time). The street is a little noisy, but not bad. The location is great - an easy walk to grocery, coffee, restaurants, bars in the neighborhood; and nearby to transit options.Our hosts were quick to respond, and incredibly gracious in their communication. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Home was beautiful and in a great location! The backyard was a great oasis and we really enjoyed everything about the house. Very easy communication with the host and would definitely return to this property.

Great stay!

Rented the place for a tight knit team in coworkers to stay. Worked from the house Monday and was a nice stay throughout. Owners responded very quickly. Thank you!

We had an awesome stay here and would absolutely book again. The house was very clean, spacious, and had more than enough room for our group to spread out and relax. The back patio was one of our favorite spots — perfect for hanging out and enjoying the evenings.The location really couldn’t have been better. It felt like everything we wanted to do was just a short ride or drive away — about 15–20 minutes to pretty much anywhere in the city. There are also plenty of things to do right around the area, which made it super convenient.Overall, this place checked all the boxes for us and made our Seattle trip even better. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay during the holidays

Great stay to have family over during the holidays. The kitchen was beautiful with large island and the common space was great. There's a fully equipped kitchen also on the bottom level. I probably would have wanted to spend some time in the backyard, but the seat cushions were wet. We didn't spend much time out there or in the spa, it would have been great though if we did. Overall, great stay and the host was very responsive
