Dream Chaser Farm is Located in the Exclusive and Gated, The Landing at Reynolds, this Private/Secluded Artsy, Farm House Themed Lakefront home is the perfect getaway for those looking to entertain or merely chill with nature.

** House is not Available for short term rental except for a short period of the year.

Boasting a spacious 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, the open floor plan caters itself to down home entertaining and togetherness that will make your vacation getaway on Lake Oconee a special experience.

Main Floor Master Bedroom with King Bed, has a walk out Deck along with separate shower, two sinks and Integrity jetted Jacuzzi bathtub. Did I mention the wonderful view of the lake from the Master bedroom? Second Bedroom and Hallway on Main Floor boasts over 30 pieces of original Fish Folk Art with some pieces dating back 100 years.

4K Smart TV allows for easy access to Netflix, Amazon, Hulu and all the major cable networks.

Open Air Kitchen provides a wonderful opportunity for entertaining and cooking. The kitchen is stocked with cooking utensils and culinary kitchenware.

Large, over sized Deck for entertaining . The Dock allows individuals to sun, soak, fish, read or simply commune with nature. A Sea Kayak and 2 Paddle-boards are provided should you have an adventurous spirit to explore the shore line of Lake Oconee. The local marina (5 minute boat ride to and from my dock) rents pontoons, boats, wave-runners and jet skis which can easily be parked at my private dock for your stay.

Dream Chaser Farm also has a stone stacked Fire Pit to allow guests to enjoy everything nature has to offer.

The property hugs next to over 7 acres of open field with a large pond and dock allowing plenty of room to roam, ruminate and reflect.

Gated Privacy and nature at its best, yet only 3 miles from a Publix, 8 Screen Theater Cine-plex, cute little retail shops and wonderful restaurants that I will be happy to recommend.

If you are looking for a vacation filled with relaxation and beautiful views and not to mention, Lake Oconee at your doorstep, this Uber-Cool approved pad would be an ideal choice.

Wonderful Stay once again

We previously stated at this property and returned for another wonderful stay. They house was a clean and comfortable, in a cove on the lake so safe for kids to swim, well stocked kitchen, bathrooms and laundry. The owner is extremely responsive for anything one may need. We will be back!

Special Place

Great place to relax on the water. Comfortable inside and beautiful outside. Deer, chipmunks, squirrels, and great fishing off the dock or at the nearby pond. Beautiful night skies. We saw Starlink satellites flying overhead 2 nights in a row after launches those days. Tripp is an amazing host, super responsive, and makes great recommendations on what to do in the area.

The Antique House

This was the second time we’ve stayed here! We call it the antique house! It’s filled with super cool old farm tools, arrowheads, antiques and more! We feel right at home there!

Family Vacation

The week at the lakehouse was very relaxing and brought the family together for some well needed down time. The property truly provided this with a well equipped kitchen and plenty of room for all. Must say we spent a good bit of time in the lake enjoying the great location in the cove with floating, kayaks and stand up paddle boards provided by the hosts. I would highly recommend this property for a great family fun time and a very attentive host, who when I had a question responded very quickly!!

June 2023 visit

We really enjoyed staying in Tripp's property. The location is fantastic and so is the Landing subdivision it's located in. We loved the cove the house sits in, our girls swam all day off the dock and enjoyed the paddle boards as well. The fishing off the dock was one of the best we've experienced on Lake Oconee. We'd definitely come back to this property again!

Family Getaway at Lake Oconee

This was a wonderful lake home for our family vacation! It accommodated 7 adults perfectly! Beautiful, serene location on Lake Oconee with close access to everything you need, including boat and jet ski rentals. The host is super! Great communication throughout the rental process. Would highly recommend staying here! We will definitely book it again!

Lake Oconee Getaway

We had a very relaxing fun week! Enjoyed sitting on the dock, reading on the deck, kayaking, fishing, walks around the beautiful neighborhood. Host was great informing us on what would be helpful during our stay. We look forward to returning soon.

Family Visit

Amazing place to just relax!

We had an awesome New Year's weekend! So relaxing.... Tripp was wonderful! He made sure everything was taken care of for us. Even left us a handwritten welcome note with a gift basket upon our arrival. Definitely recommend this beautiful lake house!

Great Experience!

We stayed at Tripp’s house for a week in August and it was fabulous! The house was clean and convenient to everything. and it was stocked with all you could need.The waterfront location and neighborhood were also just great. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again. Additionally, The owner is amazing and communicates with you about absolutely everything. He is available on a constant basis and gets back to you immediately. I would highly recommend this property.

Perfect family weekend

Above and Beyond Wonderful!

Click "Book" now before you lose the chance to stay at this fantastic lake house! It was spotlessly clean, large yet cozy and feels like you're living in a cool museum. The owners truly went above and beyond! Communication was fast and frequent. They answered any questions before I'd even asked them and made a chaotic time in our lives so much easier. We rented their incredible home for a week while we sold one house and waited to close on our new one. Both my husband and I work from the house, and the wifi was awesome! They allowed us to have our dogs with us and even cleared out a space in the garage for us to store some things like our bikes and other larger items we moved ourselves. They were incredibly accommodating with check-in and check-out times knowing moving days are pure chaos. I cannot say enough good things about Tripp and his family as owners or their fantastic lake house. If you still haven't clicked "Book," do it right now before someone else does.

Home away from home

The property was absolutely perfect. The inside of home was extremely clean; however the outside needed some attention. The home needed a really good pressure cleaning. The owner was very easy to work with and was very accommodating!

Amazing house!

The house is like a mini antique museum. We were never got tired of looking their wonderful antique collections everywhere in the house. The host was very helpful and easy to get in touch. Thank you for our wonderful stay.

The owner is very accommodating!

My family had a wonderful time at this rental. It is quite spacious with 5 bedrooms. Two bedrooms have a lake view and plenty of bathrooms to accommodate our family of four. We had some complicated logistics and Tripp was so very accommodating to make our trio as easy as possible. I actually made an error by booking us 1 day short of what we needed and Tripp took it all in stride and let me Paypal him for the extra night. Sorry again about that Tripp! The 2 paddle boards and 1 kayak were a real bonus and we used them most days in the quiet cove right outside of the house. Could not have asked for more!

A Great family weekend

All exactly as described and more. Nice quiet cove, we enjoyed watching sunset and catching catfish off the dock, water sports and nice area for walking. Great accommodating host with everything stocked and in good order. A super fun place!
