Beautiful lakefront home with amazing sunsets. Lots of amenities to entertain the kids. Indoor racquetball court/ ping pong table/ 1 adult kayak and 2 kids kayaks. New Max vinyl dock on deep water. There is plenty of room to dock your boat or jet ski. Bring your own or rent one at one of the nearby marinas.
We are located less than 2 miles from Publix and the new theater. Plenty of golf courses and restaurants all around. You can boat or drive to dining.
Our lake house is in Reynolds, a fifteen hundred acre vacation destination with approximately eighty miles of shoreline on Lake Oconee. Reynolds has been voted one of the top 5 golf resorts in the world.
The Ritz Carlton, located a short 3 miles away and offers one of the top 5 rated Spas in the US by Conde Naste Traveler magazine plus dining options like Gabby's on the Water.

Birthday weekend

This home is beautiful! Jess was quick to get back to me with all my questions. Our family came to celebrate my mother-in-law’s 80th birthday. We enjoyed every inch of the home including the paddle board on the lake!! Luxury bedding and towels and a fully stocked kitchen - this home made our trip!

The Landing

The house was excellent for our 12 visiting family members. The ping pong table was very busy with a tournament most nights. The kids loved being right at the lake and the water equipment available at the house.

Another fun summer trip to this home.

We just finished our third stay at this property and had a great time. There was plenty of space for everyone, the view was so relaxing, and it is convenient to local stores and restaurants and was a quick drive to Athens for a college look. Jess is always a wonderful host!

Fun at the Lake

We had an amazing stay at Jess's property on Lake Oconee. Two families away together, right on the water with fantastic choice of bedrooms and a wonderful kitchen made for catching up and chatting. The dock and water sports equipment was great for the adults and teens.

Girls weekend

The pictures do not do this house justice! It was extremely clean and comfortable. The house had everything we needed and more. Jess was amazing and incredibly communicative. It was close to the Ritz for cocktail hour. We played in the lake all weekend. The dock, water, paddle boards were amazing to be able to use. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies and the bedrooms were nice and comfy. It was the perfect place to host a girls weekend. We all loved it! Thank you for having us!

Beautiful home right on Lake Oconee

Photos do not do the home justice. It's even nicer in person. Jess was an amazing host and was always very accommodating. The home is so spacious with multiple decks to enjoy the lake view. :) Will return!

Perfect Family Getaway

So much space for everyone! Decor is very nice. You can tell the owners have put a great deal of effort into the all of details and extras! Our family had the best time! There is so much to do. We could have stayed all summer! Hosts are very attentive.

75th Birthday Family Gathering

This was a perfect weekend gathering for us with our kids and “Grands”! The house was perfect for the 12 of us. Jess, the owner, was great to deal with about our visit. All of her suggestions were great.

Great place for the whole family

The house was a perfect set up for a big family. Game room downstairs was perfect for the rainy day we had. Jess was wonderful and gave us all the info on things to do, places to eat, and where to rent things. She was kind enough to extend our check out as well. Great 4 days.

Girls’ weekend

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Jess and her amazing home! We had a girls’ trip getaway-moms, all deficient in time away from our kids. This was the most beautiful setting, view of the lake, quiet, clean home. It would be amazing as a rental for families. It’s so close to the Ritz as well. Jess was so attentive, and offered advice on places to eat, and activities to do. She checked in while we were there. Just a really lovely trip. If you’re scrolling, stop at this one. It’s worth the trip!

Wonderful time

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property! Communication with Jess was excellent! She made us feel like we could call for any concerns or needs, but her communication prior to our stay was so thorough that we did not need to. The property was beautiful, comfortable and plenty spacious. Mattresses slept well. One bed was a little squeaky but comfortable mattress so all was good. We would love to visit again, and hopefully stay longer!

My thoughts

The house has all the amenities for a family, we fished, we paddle board, played racquetball ( which my kids has no idea what it was) , ping pong, foosball… , lots of sleeping arrangements for multiple families. House is older but you won’t know it as you hang out and enjoy the surroundings. Truly has everything you need and everyone was incredibly nice and helpful. Actually showed a friend of mine and is renting it for his extended family. Thanks and hope this helps

Moms Weekend Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this property. We were a group of 5 moms needing a little R&R. The house layout is great for entertaining with lots of seating areas and a big kitchen in which to move around. The house was very clean and we found the beds extremely comfortable. Jess is very responsive and has great suggestions for restaurants and activities in the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thanks Jess!

Quiet cove spacious house

This house was perfect for our extended family gathering. We had 2 families and grandma and there was more than enough space. The only drawback for families with littles is that all of the single beds and bunkbeds are downstairs while the bigger beds for adults are upstairs. That was literally the only issue we ran into. Check in and check out were a breeze. And the location was just perfect. We really liked the kayaks and dock. It was a quiet little cove where the kids (ages 4-8) could play and have fun without fear of boat traffic. We rented a boat and drove it straight to the dock without issue. This house is fabulous and we will be returning next year for our annual family gathering at Lake Oconee.

UGA football fun

Our group of 10 had another great weekend at this beautiful property. You should have seen that November sunset over Lake Oconee at the cookout Saturday night! We enjoyed walks through the neighborhood, the convenience of being near the stores and restaurants, and a fantastic kitchen den combined space. Another most enjoyable weekend.

Beautiful Home and Location.

This home was perfect for my families needs, we had flown in from all over the country for my Mom's funeral. The details in the listing were spot on. I want to thank Jess for her personalized service. She was extremely responsive, patient and informative. The personalized details of the home and (Lake/Greensboro/Athens) area made the planning of the trip easier for me. There was a lot of space to allow for alone time and a central area where the family could gather for meals and games. I hope we can return and stay in this home again. Thank you for the use of your lovely home and for your kindness.

AMAZING PROPERTY!!!!!

Beautiful and immaculate property! The house had plenty of room for my daughter and her friend's and our family to celebrate her 13th birthday! So many fun things to do inside and outside of the house. We rented a boat from a rental that was super close and easy to work with and had such a fun time on the water also! The owner had perfect communication and was super helpful with plenty of information. I cannot recommend this place enough and we can't wait to go back and stay here again ASAP! :)

Great football weekend

Snug Harbor pleased our group again for a UGA football weekend. Spacious kitchen, ample dining area; part of larger perfect room for tv viewing and adjacent grill porch made weekend enjoyment to the maximum degree. Spotless bedrooms and bathrooms as well.

Great Home!

We rented this property for a girls weekend and it could not be more perfect. Plenty of room in the kitchen, living space, out door space, and beds. Would also be great for families with kids! The dock is so nice a well kept and the location is wonderful. I also can not say enough good things about the owner. She went above and beyond to make sure we had all the information we needed for the stay. If I could give her 10 starts I would. We all agreed we would love to go back soon.

Lake Oconee

Hostess was outstanding. Responsive, helpful, etc. .Lake and location was great. House layout excellent. Lake dock great. House need a little TLC. Outside needs minor cleanup and inside needs some updating( new furniture and other minor items). Overall our family thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Okay, but not “luxury”

Jess & Rick were good hosts; they were quick to respond to questions and quick to fix the broken washing machine. The house itself was okay but could use a really good clean. The upstairs bedrooms were good and spacious. The basement bedrooms (bunk room & triple twins) are suitable though neither have a dresser and the bunk room doesn’t have a closet. The three twin mattresses in the basement may be suitable for children but they are well past their useful life for an adult. The kitchen was very randomly stocked and had some mouse droppings in the cabinets. Overall, the house is a average lake home suitable for a holiday but certainly not of the “luxury” quality that is advertised in the title. The location and the lake access were great though be aware that Reynolds Plantation amenities (pool, golf, pickle ball) are not available to renters.
