The Hometown Cottage in Downtown Clarksville is the perfect place for your stay in Tennessee. Located centrally to some of the best restaurants, coffee shops, and local spots for shopping, you'll love this little home! The decor is charming, welcoming, and homey. The full kitchen is perfect for homemade meals (or takeout!). The cottage features three bedrooms and can sleep up to 7 guests! We have a full-sized bathroom with bathtub and shower combo and parking at the property for 2 compact cars. You're a quick drive to Austin Peay State University, Tennova, and Nashville!
Enjoy our modern 1200sf, one-story apartment within minutes of the city's most popular bars, restaurants, and Austin Peay State University. We have space to accommodate up to 2 cars in the main parking lot around back and have additional public use parking that is empty outside of normal business hours. Our private, 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom space comes equipped with a full kitchen to make home-cooked meals for friends and loved ones. Stream your favorite shows or movies on our large screen TV in the living room or enjoy the ambiance with our covered porch.

Our home comes equipped with an electronic lock, so no need to worry about losing keys. You will receive your custom door code within 48 hours of your stay. We have a property manager in the area in case of emergencies.

We do have some requirements for booking for you to be aware of, that help enhance your guest experience and to protect your stay:
• By booking this reservation, you authorize permission for us to use a third-party to verify your identity and check criminal databases to confirm your reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest verification can be provided upon request. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and let us know if you have any questions
• Check-in is after 4:00 pm
• Check-out is before 10:00 am
• This unit is NOT pet-friendly. Please let us know immediately if you plan on bringing a pet, so we can find alternative sleeping accommodations before your arrival.
• Help us keep the place clean for future guests and please remove all trash by placing it in the trash can outside
• Upon booking, you agree that you have read & agree to comply with these rules. In the event any of our rules are violated, you will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be issued. Thank you!
