We came into town for a Brewers game and lucked out finding this stay! It was a perfect spot on a quiet street within walking distance of some great drinking and dining spots. Location was ideal for getting to the game and for heading into the historic ward. The bed was comfy, and we had everything we needed and more. We really loved the charm and character of the home including the great front porch. Hosts were excellent with any communication and offered suggestions on events happening in the area. Would definitely stay here again!

My son and I had an excellent stay. The hosts were extremely communicative and were eager to ensure our stay was as comfortable as could be. The house was very clean and had a cool nostalgic Milwaukee vibe. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had all the amenities you’d need for a vacation stay. The location is awesome! Great safe neighborhood, we walked pretty much everywhere. Close to a beautiful park, cool spots to eat and never had an issue with parking. I would definitely refer this place to friends who are interested in visiting Milwaukee.

Great place! They had all the little things you don't think about till you get there. Such as coffee, tea, Q-Tips, spices, disposable razors, etc. It's the small things that make the trip! The parking is mainly street parking.

Wonderful stay!

This is the cutest property! We really enjoyed our stay. The place is furnished very nicely and is super clean. Communication was great, down to telling us what side of the street to park on which day. Highly recommend!!!!

In town for the harley homecoming festival, this was a easy location to get to after the show, i felt bad for coming into neighborhood after hours. Check in and out was easy, loved the mid century vibe cute place, we loved the soft towels!!

Perfect spot!

We were looking for a comfortable spot for our weekend in Bay View and this place perfect. Everything was as advertised. Clean, well equipped, and comfortable. Owners were very responsive in yet left us alone. Highly recommend!

Overall the property was clean, comfortable, and sufficient. We liked how the house was decorated and the location was great. The lock and security were also easy to use for this house. Our only real issue was how noisy the upstairs neighbors were, how squeaky the floors were throughout the home, and the intrusive 7am visits by the host to fix the dishwasher which was of no concern to us- I would have preferred hand washing dishes to being LOUDLY woken up at 7am 2 days in a row. Quite rude and inconsiderate to your house guests. Another minor issue was that we were unable to throw trash away in an actual garbage bin outside the home so trash piled up quickly. Access to the backyard or alley where trash and recycle bins are stored would have been appreciated. Other than that, it is a nice home and the hosts were responsive to messages.

When the dishwasher unexpectedly broke on your arrival day, we rushed a next-day repair to fix it as quickly as possible—though we apologize that the early 7:00 AM visit disrupted your morning. Moving forward, we'll coordinate service times better. For trash, we offer doorstep pickup so guests never have to trek to the outside bins themselves. Lastly, as a classic 1925 Milwaukee duplex, the squeaky original hardwood floors are simply part of the home's historic charm. We appreciate your feedback as we work to continuously improve.

10 days in Bayview

The neighborhood was gorgeous and the home was absolutely lovely. Super convenient access to public transportation which I was using to get to the Riverwalk each day. The rental was very comfortable, spacious, and beautiful. It was exactly what I needed during my work trip to Milwaukee. I would definitely love to stay here again!

Cute space, super clean and tidy. Walking distance to many places to eat and nice park. Close to freeway access. Older home so the floors are creaky but that is part of the charm. Host is very responsive. TV is Apple TV so may be difficult for those not familiar but really not there to spend our time watching tv. Great spot, recommend!

Bay View

excellent property, neighborhood, furnishings and very comfortable. Our only glitch was the construction and grinding of the floor overhead which was so unbearable it caused us to leave. Would have enjoyed more personal interaction with owners but I guess that just isn't the case when one rents anymore. We would stay there again if we interacted with owners beforehand. It was very nice.

Beautiful cozy home in a great location

I visit the area every year to hang out with some long-time friends and have had horrible experiences at multiple hotels there over the years. Staying at this gorgeous cozy home was a million times better than those hotel experiences. It's even located closer to my friends than the hotels were!The only minor warning is that the floors in the house are fairly creaky, and with it being a duplex, if you're a light sleeper, you'll hear noises through the ceiling. It still beats the noises you'd hear at a hotel anyway though! There's a good chance we'll be coming back here next year.

The rental was perfect for our annual girls weekend. The space made us feel right at home. Drinking coffee on the front porch each morning was a highlight. The location is fantastic and we took advantage of restaurants, coffee shops, and the nearby park. We definitely recommend this rental.

We were in town for a graduation and stayed two nights. This home is really amazing. Lots of charm and kept very clean. One of the best homes we have rented. The property is close to many restaurants and a short drive to downtown. We would definitely return!
