Summary:
This waterfront home is walking distance to Broadway, Farmer's Market, the Nissan Stadium, and more! Explore what Downtown Nashville has to offer from restaurants and breweries to museums, about a mile away. Music Row is about a 10 min drive away, where you can find Nashville's entertainment industry for country, gospel, rock, and contemporary music!

The Space:
The condo is right in front of the Cumberland River and offers a communal pool, BBQ area, and plenty of parking. This chic living room greets you with a 55" Apple TV (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+ capable, however subscriptions not included), wifi, and a sofa bed. Go through the sliding glass doors and enjoy your morning coffee out on the patio table overlooking the river.

The kitchen is great for homemade meals and is equipped with a drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, wine ware, and more. If you don't feel like cooking on vacation, there are numerous local eateries within walking distance! There is a counter-height dining table in the living room for 2.

Sleep comfortably in the King bedroom, equipped with another 55" Apple TV and en suite bathroom.

NOTE:
Laundry is outside of the unit in a specific laundry room that you will access with the key card.

Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee.

Convenient to Downtown and Printers Alley

This was our second stay at Riverfront Condos. Condo was clean, but had a musty smell. Neighbor upstairs was super loud late at night. Other than that, it hits the mark for convenience to the top areas downtown. Love the balcony on the river.

Much Needed Vacation

We really enjoyed the property! It was very cozy while we had our downtime from being out. We came for a romantic long overdue vacation, new to Nashville, and it was in such a great location. The neighborhood isn't the best, it seems a little shady when you pull in, but they keep parking in this covered garage thing with alot of lighting, and you can park right by your apartment. I felt safe. The water pressure from the shower -- OMG! It was the best shower I had in a while lol. And the pillows -- I literally took off the pillowcases to see what the brand was. It is a perfect place for a couple, the river view and patio is very relaxing, and the perfect distance to downtown. So you are not in it but right by it, its minutes away, but not loud. If you are needing somewhere to stay in Nashville close to downtown, this is probably one of the best bang for your bucks you will get. We went in late fall so I cant comment on the pool but wish there was a hot tub..... if I had to give a complaint lol. Thanks for the hospitality and relaxation for the week. We felt very comfortable and welcome!

Convenient and comfortable

Served as a great ‘home base’ for us during our first visit to Nashville. Plenty of parking available. Safe neighborhood. Short drive and very walkable distance to downtown/ Broadway. Unit had all the essentials. Bed was extremely comfortable.

The property was exactly as advertised. The only issue was the price i was given on VRBO was less than I was charged by grand welcome and got no support from VRBO customer service. Wont be using your app again. Same think happened on our last trip to Naples

Lovely riverside spot

Great walking distance to downtown and night life. Try the Monday night brewery nearby Riverside spot Pool very nice Clean and nice temperature. Would recommend.

Nashville Week

Overall the stay was great. However the building is built with poor construction it was very loud you could hear the people next door as well as the folks in the unit above. We had to sleep with ear plugs. The unit was clean and well equipped. There was some black mold growing in the bathroom in way of the shower. Other than that everything was clean the unit could use a fresh coat of paint. The location and parking were great. We would stay again.

Fantastic

Everything was easy. Texted mamager a few times and got very prompt responses. Had minor issue with not having an iron. They dropped a brand new one off a few hours later. Great location. Quiet and easy access to everything we wanted to do. If we go back to Nashville we will definitely stay there again

Property was nice. Location was decent. Pool was nice. The one issue we had was fixed quickly. (Refrigerator was not cold) Had a nice relaxing time. Only 1 issue. We went for walks, and saw a lot of homeless people. Certainly not the verbo owners fault.

Had a great time at this conveniently located property. The complex was nice, the unit was a cool place that appeared as listed, and it was all in close proximity to downtown as well as some breweries off the beaten path. 10/10 would recommend.

Nice place for the cost. We stayed 5 days. Easy to Uber to Broadway. Quiet, and we enjoyed the river view.

nice but...

tout était bien : appartement cosy, balcon avec vue sur l'eau, emplacement relativement proche du centre, sauf que le canapé n'est pas du tout confortable pour dormir, contrairement à ce qui est mentionné. ça a un peu (beaucoup) gâché notre séjour, dommage.

Reasonably nice place

Overall, this place was comfortable. It is an older building, so we could hear the people around us. The place had a musty smell, but improved with the air turned on.

Nothing Grand About It

This property is hosted by Grand Welcome. You will get many texts and emails telling you this before you arrive. However, you will find your stay anything but grand. We arrived and the check in was fairly simple but upon unpacking we realized the microwave did not work. We contacted the 1-800 number and were told we would get a text or call back asap. We never received a return call from them. On day 2 we sent a direct message through VRBO and did receive a response saying we would be contacted immediately. We were not. Finally around 3 pm on the third day of our stay we were sent a text saying a technician would arrive by 5:00 pm that day to fix the microwave yet to the surprise of literally no one that did not happen. When we checked out the microwave still did not work and no effort had been made to fix it. We were also not given access cards for the pool, laundry, or fitness facilities. When I inquired about this I was told they would need to contact the HOA to get replacement cards. I was given no alternative for our predicament. No apology for the oversight. And no indication of how to access any of these amenities without the key. Every time we wanted to use the pool we had to ask a stranger to please let us in. Another issue was the full sized ironing board that won't close set up in the closet taking up the entire space. It is impossible To hang up clothes or store your things. I will not rent this condo or any other GW property in the future. I DO NOT RECOMMENDED!

Riverfront stay

The place was nice, the shower was amazing, the bedroom bed was comfy, the only thing was the pull out couch bed was awful!!! We ended up sleeping on the floor.. however overall the area was within walking distance to everything and we loved the pool!

Very Nice

Very nice and well kept condo. This property is located on 1st floor and can hear every step the upstairs neighbors take. However, it was a very nice location and comfortable and felt homey.

Very noisy and building was very raggedy

Super thin walls, ceiling was also thin. We could hear everything the people above us was doing. Kept us up all night. We never even wanted to be in the room during the day. Bathroom was moldy and had numerous spiders. Back porch area was scary and dirty. Porch didn’t seem very secure.
