Nice stay in Nashville.

Neighborhood is in the process of being renovated, but is, at present, pretty seedy. Unit faces the Cumberland River, which is nice. The extra fees are something to watch out for.

Excellent communication!

We had 2 couples. Sleeps 4. Only entrance to bathroom was thru bedroom. Would have been nice to have a mirror in living area to get ready.

Good and bad

Bad start as couldn’t get door open. After multiple phone calls, eventually had someone come out to give us a door key out of the lockbox which also had the incorrect PIN number. Kept key for rest of trip. Place is quiet (away from the hustle and bustle). Lovely outlook over river. Well stocked with towels, cutlery, etc. But does need some serious work as bathroom door doesn’t close unless you really shove it, floors are very uneven and the door to get in… well it needs replacing as it doesn’t feel that secure. We were warned about upstairs noise and were fine, as we brought our earplugs with us. So, it had its good and bad points..

Nice place

The place worked well for us. About a mile walk to downtown which was no problem for us. My only issue was that it smelled a little musty. Overall, a good place to stay. The communication was great, and they even accommodated a date change for us.

Girls Nashville Trip

Girls Trip! Great place to stay. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Great views of the river on and just a short walk to downtown. Only downfall is the upstairs neighbors are a bit noisy.

Great stay!

This property is located at a quiet area within walking distance to downtown, which is definitely rare to find! The walk towards downtown goes through empty streets, which is nice during the day time but a bit scary at night time, so we always uber/lyft. There was construction happening during our stay so we got woken up at 7 am both mornings, but this is not a fault of anyone. Everything else about the property looks identical to the listing and very clean. Definitely recommend!

Great for a couples get-a-way

This unit was just as described. Clean, efficiently decorated and comfortable for a stay in Nashville. The description says it's a short walk to Broadway, but I might argue that fact and the walk may take you through some sketchy areas. But it IS a nice car or Uber ride to the hub of the fun on Broadway. And it was a walkable distance to a couple of restaurants. The area is pretty heavy with construction right now, but it wasn't really a hindrance. The only negative think that I might mention is the communication of your entry instructions, etc. There were too many emails and the directions to finding the info to locking and unlocking the door once the initial "entry code" expired was a struggle to find. All in all, tho, I would recommend this condo and would definitely stay there again.

Perfect accommodation for a quick stay!

We stayed here during the CMA fest and loved it. It was a home away from home and a bonus that it had a launderette, gym and pool use! It is around a 30 min walk to broadway but we got Ubers in everyday for super cheap, split between the two of us it was nothing. We loved coming back to chill after a busy day and having all the space rather than being stuck in a small hotel room! Comms were also amazing and if we ever needed helped, a response was never too far away! 10000 stars 😃

Weekend trip

Wife & I had a great time. The unit is spacious and comfy. View of wildlife and the river from patio was excellent. Everything within was also squeaky clean/spotless - definitely a huge plus.

Nashville vacation

Nice clean place, Cover parking was great. Checkin easy, keypad was easy to get in, tricky to lock outside. easy Uber ride to anywhere downtown. Not sure I would want to walk home from downtown. Would definitely stay again.

Nice place

Was a nice cozy place to stay. Had trouble with the lock but was ok. There was unfortunately a lot of loud construction going on across the street that woke us up. Nothing the owner could do about that though.

Quick weekend getaway

The location and the cost compared to any decent hotel nearby led us here. Being downtown in a safe area overlooking the river were big advantages. We too had some issues with the front door lock & took some troubleshooting but the property manager was very responsive. We noticed the some unevenness in the floors others have mentioned but it wasn’t really a concern for us. It is an apartment so we could hear the upstairs neighbors walking around. We knew that going in but worth mentioning. Bring some earplugs if you want to sleep in ☺️

Wonky floor

Decent location about 20 minutes from broadway however the entire floor of the place is two different levels and can be a little disorienting especially when using the bathroom. Otherwise a nice spot with a nice view of the river

Overall good

All was very good until...upon check-in smoke detector was chirping to which notified owner, who gave instructions as to how to reset so that it wouldn't chirp, no batteries in unit in which to try to change...time change was the previous Sunday to which do not think any one had been there since clocks weren't changed....had difficulties with front door locking since it didn't seem like locks were lining up correctly with bold/keypad....notified owner upon departure of door locks and that reset didn't work on smoke detector since was awakened at 3:00 am to sound and had to climb on a chair to reset again...did not get a reply back/hear anything again to which was disappointed with....unit would be extremely difficult to have more than 2 people in it since sofa is short especially in width and not really any other chairs to sit on in living room...was going to rebook for annual trip next year, but due to no response to departure notification will not stay there again. Is a cute unit with a good view. Was happy with how owner let us park prior to check-in.
