Property was good for our needs.It is within reasonable walking distance to Broadway Area and there are good options for food in the area.Only downside was the noisy air conditioning but, given the temperatures during our visit, it was better to live with a bit of noise.

Honestly loved the vibe of this place. Albums to play on the record player! Puzzles! Great coffee table books. Absolutely spotless and I felt very secure. Easy to walk to so much - Will definitely stay here again when I am in this part of Nashville.

Perfect location in Nashville to get to all spots easily / most by walking. Room and linens were premium, clean and comfortable.

Great location

Very clean and great ambiance. Easy walk to the fun of Broadway but far enough to get away from the loud partying.

We really enjoyed our stay in the Gulch. This is a great location! We walked to most of the music venues and loved the accessibility to Broadway and lots of restaurants. The property was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The property is across the street from a grocery store and whole foods is a short walk. The host was very responsive during our stay. I would recommend this property as a hub for exploring Nashville.

It was a great central location to get to restaurant and shopping options. It wasn't too far of a walk to downtown Broadway or the Country Music Hall of Fame. Great loft option.

It’s a great location! It was a little worn, but comfortable. Definitely need a sound machine for sleeping due to A/C & heat system and highway noise. Very easy to get to Broadway and other fun areas of Nashville.

The stay was great and close to everything in the gulch. Walking distance to broadway was only about 15 minutes and not bad at all. Everything was nice and clean and parking was made super easy. The only complaint would be the air conditioner in the room is very loud when it kicks on and if you’re a light sleeper like me it’ll wake you up continuously. The first night was rough but the second night was better since I got a little used to it. This isn’t something they have much control over but worth noting. If you bring a sound machine it would probably help not noticing it as much. Even with that I’d definitely stay again!

The Gulch property was perfect, and 15min from the hustle of the main strip of Broadway. Everything is walkable from coffee, breakfast, dinner, craft cocktails and shopping.Property was clean, and the check in and out process was simple.The industrial design as it pertains to noise was not a bother, aside from the noise made upon the ac turning on, however, overall not a bother (we weren’t there much, just to sleep and midday refresh). Property Mgmt was excellent in communication. It’s a great property.

The space in the bathroom was not convenient for getting ready (no counter space). There was a desk with a makeup mirror but the light on the mirror did not work. The bathtub was a bit tricky (big step over to get out).Other than that, we enjoyed the other things the studio had to offer: it was spacious, the bed was comfortable (even the pull-out).

Perfect get away

The apartment was great. Very clean, spacious, loved the large windows. The units were numbered in a nonintuitive manner, but managed just fine. All good! Initially one of the building key pads wasn't working, and I was notified in advance with work around and my access was successful! Great space and a great team to work with!
