Stayed in this condo for a week and it is for sure all that it says it is! Very clean, comfortable and a great location close to the airport. It was quiet there. Well stocked with everything you need. The management responded quickly to a call I made about the two TV's in the bedroom not working. Maintenance came over and could not fix them due to an issue with the cable company having work in the area. I would definitely stay there again!

Key West Vacation trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was fantastic. The only complaint that we could say is that the tub in the Master bedroom was very slick when using the shower. We fixed that as we bought a bathmat and left it at the unit for others to use. We loved the location, the view and the wildlife that came to visit us while we were staying there. The pool and the hot tub were incredible. We hope to go back one day and stay.

The property was absolutely beautiful inside and out. Our view was spectacular. We had everything we needed in the condo. The beds were super comfy, plenty of towels, washer and dryer was wonderful to have, and beach towels and beach chairs. The property manager was wonderful and helped out a lot with flight delays on our last day. The property was super convenient. To the beach. The pool and hot tub were awesome. There was also tennis courts and Gas grills but unfortunately, they were not working during our stay. We would definitely rent this property again.

One of the best condos we’ve stayed in. Spotless, great towels and plenty of them, even beach towels.The bed was amazing, I had back surgery in March and I feel better after 4 nights in that bed than I did before I got here.Kitchen was amazingly well fitted out Furniture was comfortable, view was beautiful.Location was convenient and covered parking was included.

Small, quiet beach but can walk a long way. Can walk a few places to eat if your a walker but there are uber and taxi.

Honeymoon

This was our honeymoon! We were supposed to go on a 10 day cruise but itinerary changed and we had to decide on where we were going to spend our honeymoon so we decided to do so in Key West, Florida. Our condo was perfect except for the construction going on at all times of the night. We had a beautiful, oceanfront view with a balcony. It was very clean, quiet and cozy! We don’t want to leave and will definitely be back!

We arrived Saturday after dark and had some difficulty finding our building and didn’t know where to park. Once we located the building we were fine and left the car in a parking lot. On Monday we contacted the on site office to learn the parking location.

This is a very pleasant 2BR condo. The accommodations are spacious, well equipped, and very clean. The balcony is exactly as pictured in the listing — overlooking Smathers Beach. Great spot for coffee every morning. Parking is covered, a big plus. The pool area is pleasant, with plenty of spots in the shade, if desired.Unfortunately, the timing of our stay coincided with the start of an extensive elevator project that was both disruptive (no elevator service) and loud, with jack hammers pounding through concrete. The property management apologized and worked with us re this unexpected inconvenience. They were great. Barring that hiccup, our stay was very nice and we would recommend this property. Word to the wise: Check the status of this large project before booking. It started in March 2026 and will be going on for quite a while.

Christmas week in Key West

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay with family of 5 was amazing. The condo was clean and stocked with plenty of towels and sheets. Also had a cooler, umbrella, snorkeling gear, chairs and some suntan lotion. Kitchen had a kuerig and regular coffee maker with pods and coffee. Some spices and oil provided. Check before you go shopping if more needed. The view was amazing. Management was very helpful the couple days ahead of arriving for details. We will be back.
