Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, parasailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.

Policies:
1. Check in is 4pm | Check out is 10am.
2. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
3. Two parking passes are included in your quoted price and will be delivered to your condo before you arrive. They must be displayed in your windshield.
4. Pets are NOT allowed.
5. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
6. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.

Awesome place!!

Found a couple dirty dishes (nothing terrible) in pantry but overall an awesome place to stay!! Would definently stay again!!

Wonderful place

Every aspect of this property was wonderful. Great beach view -easy access to beach -quiet-clean. We absolutely loved it.

Spring break!

We had the best time visiting this location! This condo was a perfect location for us! Super close to the beach and really close to a lot of nice restaurants! Highly recommend staying here!

Condo was very nice & clean.

We enjoyed our stay. Brought my mom down from GA to visit with family. Mom has special needs & the condo met most of them. We would stay here again.

Wonderful Experience!

Our stay this past weekend was a wonderful experience! The kitchen had all the necessities and the view was wonderful! It was a quick walk to the beach and we enjoyed using the pool!

Absolutely Amazing Stay

Our week long stay was great! Great short 5 minute walk to the beach. Condo was great and spacious. Communication with Condo staff was great. Great place to stay with family. We love Gulf Shores because of the family feel. Thank you guys for being so amazing!

Family Vacay

Our whole family visits GS each year! We love it at Sanibel!! Condos are new, modern, and large. Love the big pool and great parking and bike storage. Rental was easy, condo was great!

perfect location!!

We loved our stay. The pool was closed and repairs were going on from hurricane damages but it didn’t effect us. The beach was a walk across the street and very clean! Parking wasn’t a problem and we were right down the street from shopping and bars. Would absolutely stay again!
