Very cozy beachfront condo that SLEEPS A MAXIMUM OF FOUR PERSONS! Park underneath your unit in ASSIGNED PARKING SPACE/ONE SPACE PER UNIT! Take a short walk past the swimming pool and jacuzzi to the beautiful beach and magnificent Gulf of Mexico! Limited number of units, 36, provides guests with a chance to mingle with others or have terrific privacy. 2 short flights of stairs and no hassles with waiting on elevators. Walking distance or a short drive to grocery stores, gift shops, restaurants, outdoor and indoor activities, etc. Plenty of live musical entertainment in Gulf Shores and surrounding area (i.e. The Wharf, Flor-a-bama, Lulu's). Someone in your group must be a responsible adult and AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD in order to reserve your stay.

Bring all your beach attire and some groceries, we provide everything else you should need for an enjoyable stay. Appliances are all provided so there is no need to leave the condo (i.e. washer/dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven, toaster, blender). Flexible dining area, kitchen/bar and connected living room area make eating in inexpensive and a fun place to mingle with your family and/or group.

Come on, this is the place to relax! Put those cell phones on silent! Tell the boss 'I'm too well to come in today!' We're just a short, carefree drive away from Louisiana, Mississippi, Texas, Missouri, Georgia, Florida, Tennessee and of course Alabama.

Affordable Beachfront Option

This is a great option for simple affordable accommodations with easy beach access. Beaches have good space and are not crowded here, can easily walk east into highrise area for bigger crowds or west toward beach houses stretch for minimal beach traffic. Small pool so if you intend to spend most your time there, probably not your best option. Clean, comfortable,, would definitely stay here again.

A Nice Little Get Away

Took my husband on a weekend getaway for his birthday and it was wonderful. The condo was clean and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay with them again!

Perfect getaway

Location, pool, condo. All of it was perfect. We take an annual trip to Gulf Shores. This makes our 7th year. I have found my go-to place from now on. The unit was clean and in a perfect location. The pool was just the right size (and a hot tub)! Perfect location to the beach (which was clean). The only issue was noisy neighbors but that will happen anywhere you go. Owner was great to deal with. I give it all a solid A+! Thanks so much for a great vacation!! We will be back!

Your Oasis

If you're looking for a condo ON THE BEACH this is the one! It's literally a 3 min walk from condo to the beach. The location is close to everything you need, and honestly you could walk most places if you wanted. Unit was clean and spacious. We booked for 5 nights and we were afraid it would be too much for our autistic 11 year old son, however we didn't want to leave! We loved it so much my husband and I are looking at property!

Spring Break

Loved the ease of getting to the beach! Super close to food, groceries, shops, etc. The Hangout was a fun place to visit. The beds were comfortable, we slept well after a day of beaching and soccer (our son had a soccer tournament). The communication of the owner was wonderful! Checking in on us after we checked in even! It was a great visit for our first time in Gulf Shores!

Wow!!

This was by far the BEST family vacation we have taken in years. We have so much more to experience in Gulf Shores and plan to book with Kenneth again asap! The property was PERFECT for our family of 4. I LOVED being able to run our laundry before coming home, that made coking home so much easier. The pool could have been cooler and less sandy, but there’s not much more to expect with being RIGHT ON THE OCEAN and in direct sunlight. I also understand that Kenneth does not manage the pool, so that’s not a reflection on his listing.

Kenny has a great place to stay in Gulf Shores! Walked in the condo and could smell the cleanliness! Also so convenient to everything! Would definitely stay here again!

Nice beach location for family get away.

Apartments had good walk out access to beach, with two wash off stations. Waters edge +-100yds out from access point at Apts. Location is just west of where high rises stop and beach houses/apartments start. You could go west for less crowded beach area or east if you wanted to be in the thick of it. Lots of families there with toddler to early teen kids. Surf was pretty light while we were there in late July of 2023, with a shallow sand bar about 60yds off shore knocking down the bigger surf. There is a steeper slope at the waters edge through this section of beach. The pool is very small here, and has a hot tub right beside it. If you plan to spend most your day at the pool and not the ocean, probably better look elsewhere. Apt was accurate as described, and our rental contact Kenny was great. We would stay here again for sure. Nice location for the price.

Very nice!

We were in Gulf Shores for a softball tournament and wanted a reasonably priced place on the beach to rest our heads. That's exactly what we found! This condo is on the back side of a complex that sits directly on the beach. A very short walk through the parking lot puts you front and center!! We had everything we needed and plenty of room for our family of 4. The complex has a working hot tub and nice small pool. Everything worked and it was clean! It had everything our family needed!

Gulf Shores

We had a great stay. Far enough away from all the action to relax in peace but close enough when we wanted to go out to eat. Loved the condo, parking, and easy beach access. Condo was well furnished with everything we needed. Having a washer and dryer was great! I would highly recommend staying in #210. Kenneth was an awesome host.

Great Getaway

We decided last minute to make a trip to the beach. We couldnt be happier with our choice. Our host, Ken, was great with answering my questions quickly. Checkin was a breeze! The unit itself was just the right size for our family of 3. But could easily hold more. The kitchen was well equipped. I loved that we could wash and dry our clothes and beach towels. It definitely cut down on how much I had to pack and thats less I have to wash when we get home! The condo comes with its own designated covered parking spot!! I love that! It makes it so much less stressful coming and going. The building itself is so cute! And I love that it's a low density property. Sure, those skyrises look cool, but there's only so much room on the beach in front of those properties. The beach in front of Sunchase was never overly crowded when we were there. The beach is another great feature! You dont have a "mile" to walk to get to the waters edge! There is a beach chair rental available or bring your own chairs/blankets. Just dont forget sunscreen! Overall, we loved this property! We hope to be back soon!

I bought my condo after years of coming here with friends and family. That's right, I love it here so much I bought the place! Quite frankly I hesitated to rent my 'little piece of heaven', but was asked by so many visitors if I rented my condo that I decided I would share it with others. My place only has 36 units, so its nice and cozy. No high rise with elevators. You can actually meet everybody staying at the place by socializing at the beach or pool/jacuzzi or stay holed up in the condo like a hermit crab...your choice!

Convenient and covered parking directly under my condo. The short trip up the stairs to the condo or the short walk to the beach or pool area is so unique and personal. I just love it!
