Come enjoy the beauty of Pointe Santo, the most immaculate and well groomed property on the island. Relax at this premier Sanibel complex. Soak up the sun at the pool and hot tub while the kids enjoy the shell crafts and nature walks at the on site children's activity program.
Our newly renovated condo is very well equipped to make your vacation completely enjoyable. The new kitchen has everything you could possible need including filtered water and an ice maker in the refrigerator, Cuisinart coffee maker, and pretty blue and white dishes. We try to put the best of everything in our condo to make our guests as comfortable as possible, so that there is nothing to think about except having a great vacation.
A recent renovation has produced a spectacular condo. Gorgeous Italian tile throughout, a Tuscan master bath with double sized glass enclosed shower. The beds are especially comfortable with custom linens. After a day of relaxing, the grills are waiting for you to barbecue a steak or fish fillet, then enjoy a glass of wine on the lanai while watching the sun set over the gulf. WiFi throughout the condo and the complex lets you check your e-mail at any time. There are TV's in the living room and bedrooms.
Our condo is furnished with a beach umbrella, beach chairs, sand toys, games, puzzles, DVDs, and a whole shelf of books. There are even beach towels, so you don't have to pack them. Just bring yourselves and your bathing suit and enjoy!

Condo is very clean, and well stocked. Close to the pool and beach. Short drive to restaurants, grocery store and connivence stores. Wendy was available for any questions. I would highly recommend staying here for your next beach vacation.

Amazing place to stay on Sanibel Island Fl. On the beach with easy pool access.Condo is beautifully decorated and up to date.First floor allows walk out through the Lanai for a 2 minute walk to either the pool or beach. Host is very reachable and knowledgeable about Sanibel Condo is well stocked with everything you need for a great vacation experience.Can't wait to go back

Great unit! Updated with new appliances and had all the comforts of home. Wendy was thorough with giving us information about the unit ahead of time, and Pointe Santo in general is a great beachside unit.

We had an excellent stay . The condo was clean and had everything we needed and then some. The property itself was well maintained and beautiful. Clean beach , great views with lots of seating. The pool area is new and well maintained also. Our host reached out to make sure we had everything . Overall a really great vacation was has by the whole family. We will be returning to this complex and condominium.

Fantastic stay
Our stay in Sanibel was perfect. The owner went above and beyond and was super helpful. The condo itself is absolutely beautiful and the new pool was very nice.

Clean, comfortable home away from home. Close to the beach and pool, convenient parking. Kitchen had all the equipment needed, pantry had some necessary items like coffee filters and salt and pepper. Washer and dryer were large capacity, dressers and closets had ample space. Wendy, our hostess, sent us a detailed mini blog of the unit as well as the island in general and was very quick to respond when we had a question. Looking forward to staying again

Great stay at Pointe Santo. Alot of work has been put into it coming back from Ian. The condo was beautiful and the host was fantastic!

The condo was amazing! There was an alligator in the water surrounding the pool and iguanas would hangout by the grills. We found the most amazing shells right on the beach outside our condo. The condo was clean and had everything we could have needed! They have beach toys, chairs, and even coolers to use in the beach for no charge! There is a washer and dryer which was amazing to use and not bring as much sand in the car at time to leave. Being on the ground floor with a super short walk to the beach and pool right outside was amazing! We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend staying here! Communication with the host was great! She made sure we were able to access our room and even checked in mid week to make sure everything was still going great and see if we needed any assistance with anything!

The host kept in touch with us by text to make sure everything was going well and offered us help with any problems we may encounter. The condo was perfection: beautiful, well equipped, well situated and comfortable. We loved it.

Our condo was beautiful and equipped with everything we needed. The pool and beach were steps away. We truly had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation and will hopefully return soon.

Wendy was a wonderful host. She was always checking in and everything in the condo was very clean and very well equipped with everything that we needed. We would definitely love to come back to this condo.

This place was great. Very comfortable, clean and the location to beach was awesome. Some construction going on in a effort to bring this little Island back to normal, after all the recent storms. We totally understood and it didnt affect our little get a way.

Owner went above and beyond to ensure that our accommodations were excellent and to communicate everything we wanted to know. The property is very beautiful and comfortable, and it is situated at the best location on Sanibel.

Pointe Santo Condos are the perfect place to stay while visiting Sanibel Island. The condos are ideally located on Sanibel and it is a short drive from Pointe Santo to the many restaurants and shops that are on the island. A beautiful gulf view beach is a short walk away!The unit is nicely furnished and well stocked. It was very clean and the basic needs - soap, toilet paper, paper towels, basic spices etc…- were in the unit. The host, Wendy, does an amazing job communicating and is very helpful with dining and things to see and do suggestions.This was our second visit to Sanibel and our second stay at Pointe Santo Condos. Hoping there will be many more visits in the future. Sanibel Island is truly a beautiful and magical place to vacation!Big thanks to Wendy for sharing her lovely property with us. Can’t wait to come back!

Wendy is perfect with communication!! The place is immaculate. Great view of the Gulf. The place is nicely furnished and stocked with beach towels, dishes etc.. I would highly recommend!!

Wendy did a great job in advance of our arrival with updates on the island since hurricane Ian. She was a fantastic host and made sure if we had any questions or concerns they would be addressed immediately.An excellent place to enjoy a week on Sanibel with a host that insured every thing would be first class.

Our stay was amazing! The property was exactly as advertised and location to the beach was amazing. The only negative thing I can say was the crazy no see ems!! They are for real down on the beach! We will for sure be back as soon as possible!!! Thank you so much Wendy!!

We live in Albany, NY, so really enjoy escaping the winter and had a number of friends who frequented Sanibel. Once we visited, we were hooked and started looking at condos to buy. Pointe Santo seemed the perfect complex on the Island for us. After owning for 20+ years, we feel we made a great decision. The management does a great job of keeping everything pristine.

We feel we were very lucky to have found a community that is well run and beautiful, with lots of nice people. I especially enjoy decorating the condo, and making it as nice as possible, for both our family and our guests.

Pointe Santo condos are much larger than other condos we had stayed in around the island. The grounds are particularly well kept and the beach is very close to the buildings, with no sand dune or boardwalk area between. We love the pool and the hot tub, and have really enjoyed being on the ground floor for such easy access to the grills, the clubhouse and the beach.
