We regret we do not accept oversize truck, motorcycle, pet, or trailer at this cabin.

This cabin is perfect for a party of 2 adults + 2 children.
At the "Honeymoon cabin" you will feel away from everything in the peaceful, outdoor environment that it offers yet be quite close to all modern conveniences right in Maggie Valley. I do not rent for more than 2 weeks at a time. Ask if you would like to stay longer.
My cabin offers everything you will need, private Hot Tub, cable TV with 40" Roku TV, WIFI, AC and so much more. As you step inside, you will be greeted by a cozy wood stove, perfect for chilly mountain evenings. Curl up on the comfortable living room furniture and enjoy the smart TV with cable channels. From the porch you can enjoy the sound and view of the Johnson Branch creek bordering the property. The Honeymoon cabin has wireless Internet, bring your laptop and work anywhere on the property, sit on your deck or by the creek.
Just a short distance away, you'll find the thrilling Harrah's Cherokee casino,the slopes of Cataloochee Ski area and the lively Maggie Valley Festival grounds.
The cabin is located 1 1/2 mile from the main highway in Maggie Valley at an altitude of 3200 feet. DURING THE WINTER MONTHS IT WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO ACCESS THE CABIN. Security camera at bottom of driveway for your security.
Whether you're seeking a cozy retreat or an adventure-filled getaway, this cabin has everything you need for an unforgettable vacation in the beautiful Smoky Mountains.
Wildlife includes, elk, deer and turkeys, of course there is no guarantee they'll come by during your stay.

We regret we do not accept oversize truck, motorcycle, pet, or trailer at this cabin.
Firewood is not provided, you can purchase bundle in the valley or bring some with you. Small logs are better for the wood stove.

This cabin is in an excellent location. We enjoy being able to sit by the stream on the chairs that were set up. The patio around the cabin is very nice and I saw a hummingbird : )If it was advertised as a honeymoon cabin with a hot tub, but I will say that the hot tub is out in the open and not ideal for honeymooners.

Great little cabin!! It gives you the illusion of isolation but in a safe area. Maggie Valley is a wonderful town! The cabin is centrally located to provide a great home base for exploring all the beautiful areas in WNC. It is the perfect escape hide-a-way. The hostess is amazing! I will definitely be back!!!

You can't go wrong with this cabin. It was amazingly clean and comfortable. We had to contact Madeleine about one thing, and she was super responsive, returning my call in less than five minutes. What I really liked about the cabin was the covered porch where the hot tub is. It rained every day we were there, but we could still enjoy the porch.

The cabin was just as advertised. It was clean, comfortable, quiet, and just what we were looking for in a place to spend one week almost off the grid. We thoroughly enjoyed the sounds of the waters rushing over the rocks in the creek, just behind the cabin; really enjoyed the hot tub on the porch; loved watching the hummingbirds and being on the porch during a storm.Madeleine, our hostess, greeted us when we arrived -- a nice touch -- and assured that if we needed anything, she was a phone call away, in her home around the corner.Maggie Valley restaurants, shops, gas stations, bars ... are literally ten minutes away.But one feels secluded in this lavely cabin in the woods.Never saw a bear!

Peaceful!

Quiet area with a small creek flowing out back. Rocking chairs and hot tub on the deck. Enjoyed the sounds of the creek, the birds and watching the humming birds at and around the feeder.

Quiet and restful vacay!

The cabin was very clean and the property was well maintained. The stream just outside the cabin was very peaceful and calming. This was just the distressing and comfy vacation that my wife and I needed. Madeleine was a really nice and helpful property manager. We had an amazing stay!

Maggie Valley vacation

Property was very clean, well maintained, private and in a good neighborhood. Detailed instructions for everything. I would recommend staying here

Absolutely loved it! Shirt distance to MV but yet far enough that you were in the country!

Beautiful property! Loved the creek running behind the cabin! Windows open every night so we found enjoy the sound! Loved the deck to sit on every day and night!

What a great location with great amenities, the hot tub was a great touch. Maybe some bigger couch cushions but other than that great place for a small family or a couple

Ski Weekend

The house was immaculately clean and it was exactly what we expected from the listing. We stayed while enjoying a ski weekend at Cataloochee which was 20 min door to door! We would definitely consider this place again!

Highly recommended

It was a very clean cabin located convenient to Maggie Valley yet privately nestled along a stream. The sounds of the water in the creek were so relaxing. The hot tub was amazing. It had everything we could need for a couples getaway. I am looking forward to booking this again soon!

My week in Maggie Valley

Property was immaculate. Grounds were well kept. Everything in the cabin worked as it should. Location was convenient for the activities we had planned. Loved the sound of the stream near the cabin.

Pure serenity

It was the perfect little hide away for my husband and I. It was private, peaceful and very beautiful. Madeleine was a wonderful host, she was always available and/or quick to respond and very pleasant to talk with. We absolutely would stay at the honeymoon cabin again.

This is the most peaceful area I have ever been to. The local people are so friendly, and always willing to help.
The Honeymoon cabin, is located on 3 acres. This cabin is unique and you will love spending your vacation at the Honeymoon cabin.
