This property is amazing! There were so many amenities/activities that we didn’t even use everything in one weekend. It truly is a great find, the owner was responsive to any messages or questions, and we had a blast! Thank you for your hospitality!!!

I loved how family friendly it was and how smoothly everything went. I would have loved to have maybe some more pots since I had my family and more baking items. Everything was lovely

Very clean and great location. The backyard is a vacationers dream with the pool, hot tub, fire pit and the game shed. The baby bunnies were out playing and a ground hog lives under the back deck that gave us some entertainment! Would highly recommend.

The house was clean and is in a nice area.

Loved the decor and the beds were very comfortable. Everything was conveniently located. We would definitely choose to stay there again.

Our stay

Was very nice and relaxing with family. Was very hot outside so pool was a nice plus. Also a/c was great compared to other places I have stayed.

Perfect little getaway house!

We had a great stay and the house was well taken care of and clean. The only thing id change is a later check out time, otherwise it was great!

Very nice accommodation. Spacious, well-equipped, clean. Pool was a great bonus. Convenient location to Kings Island, stores, restaurants. Responsive host. Highly recommend, especially for families.

Wish i could give higher than 5 stars. We were not able to use all of the ameities due to the weather, however, what we did use was wonderful. The owner was VERY receptive and quick to respond. We will definitely stay here again and recommend this place to others.

Relaxing get away

We stayed at this comfortable home while visiting family in Cincinnati. The neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located. The house is equipped with all the necessities! We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and on the back deck. The pool area looks like it would be a fun in the summer! We would definitely love to stay here again. Great owner communication! Thank you!

Lovely home in a perfect location

We enjoyed an autumn visit, when the trees were beautiful and the home was to match. Not far from many amenities, it was in a very quiet spot. You can't beat it for location. This is a MUST STAY if you are coming to town for the Cincinnati Open tennis tournament. A spacious pool, large patio and proximity to the venue is fantastic. And close to tennis means close to Kings Island, so even if you don't watch tennis, there's a major attraction close by. And being close to I-71 makes it convenient to downtown Cincinnati. We loved the place!

Cozy spot for Thanksgiving

This house was great for our trip. Thank you for all the tips on where to go with the kids, I think they enjoyed the hot tub more than anything. The house was clean and very kid friendly, meaning there weren’t trinkets and glass decorations everywhere. We had great fun on our trip from North Carolina, I think the only thing we all thought could be improved at some point is the couch. It’s cute but it is not comfortable or very functional with the 5 of us and no other seating. Everything else was great, thank you for being so accommodating with my plan changes and additions. It was also a great location close to shopping and Walmart delivery, I am sure this is a great spot in the summer with it being so close to so many attractions. It was just what we needed for our Thanksgiving getaway and gave us our own space from the craziness of the Thanksgiving hosted family home we were visiting. .

Great place! We had a small family reunion in Cincinnati, and this property was great for entertaining 4 generations. The outdoor space is the highlight! Pool, game shed, giant deck, bonfire pit, open grassy space. Very easy logistics and communication with host.

The property was exactly as listed. It was very clean upon check in. I had a question prior to our check-in and the host was quick to respond. The location was perfect for visiting area attractions such as King’s Island and Cincinnati. When just relaxing back at the property there was plenty for my two boys (ages 10 and 12) to do with all the amenities in the backyard. We would definitely stay here again!

This spacious home accommodated our family of 6 adults and 2 little kids nicely for 2 nights while some of us visited King’s Island. The place was clean and offered a pool and hot tub, very relaxing for the adults! The manager was responsive and communicative. It has all the accoutrements of a “party house,” although the rules say “no parties.” We did feel bit uncomfortable due to the neighbors’ blocking of windows facing the pool. As a dedicated recycler, I was glad to see recycling was an option in this VRBO property. It was a good home base for a Kings Island adventure.

Overall, it was a good experience. There were a few spots that needed some attention. The sliding glass door track really needs to be cleaned to make easier to open and close. Also recommend some dish towel/dish cloths. Recommend placing some hooks in the master bathroom.
