Rules and Regulations of Sterling Sands 312
1. Check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out time is 10:00 am.
2. Please note that you will not be able to access the property before your check-in time or after your scheduled check-out time.
3. The renter hereby certifies that each guest occupying the property is over the age of 25 or the parent(s) of any minors staying in the property.
4. If you encounter any problems with the maintenance or cleanliness of the condo, please contact us via the app within 4 hours of your arrival.
5. Please note that this unit is being managed by Southern Luxury Rentals
6. S.L.R. will email the guest all door and gate codes within 7 days of arrival.
7. We recommend that you make a note of electronic lock codes on your phone to avoid being locked out.
8. We urge you to make sure that the smaller children are supervised around the condo to avoid any possible injuries inside the condo or on the balcony.
9. You will be provided with 6 wristbands which allows you access to the beach, the pool and the common areas of the property. Please make sure that you leave all 6 wristbands in the condo or you will be charged the amount $25 per wristband that is not accounted for.
10. Please do not set the air conditioner lower than 72 degrees or higher than 76 degrees to ensure the A/C unit operates correctly.
11. Do not leave the balcony door open while the air conditioner is running because this will cause the A/C coils to freeze and the air conditioner will not work properly.
12. Please place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start it before you check out of the unit.
13. Please dispose of all trash and trash bags before you check out of the unit. The trash chutes are located next to the west elevator on each floor.
14. Any damages to the property will be assessed after check-out and you will be notified after the damages are assessed. You may contact the manager of the unit if you do not agree with the damages assessed to discuss the circumstances surrounding the damages encountered.
15. Each vehicle must be parked properly in the parking lot.
16. All boats or boat trailers, RVs, large trucks, campers, jet skis or similar vehicles are not allowed to be parked in Sterling Sands.
17. Balcony doors shall remain close at all times except to go in and out of the condo.
18. The hanging of clothing, towels or flags from balconies is strictly prohibited. No Flags of any nature are allowed to be hung or placed on the balcony. The act of throwing any item from a balcony is considered a felony in Florida. Please refrain from doing this!!.
19. Loud party noise and/or loud radios are not allowed at any time.
20. No loud music, glass of any kind and no underage drinking is allowed on the beach or pool.
21. The total number of guests allowed at the condo is 6. Rental guests shall not exceed the maximum number of guests allowed. Failure to follow this rule will result in immediate eviction and/or additional charges to the renter.
22. The beach is located approximately 40 yards from the building. The access to the beach is next to the pool.
23. The pool, gym and barbecue grills are all free services to our rental guests. All pool rules must be followed. No lifeguard will be provided therefore swim at your own risk!
