Dolphin View: Home Away From Home! Best of Both Worlds - Beach and Harbor!

Welcome to Dolphin View! Our beach home is located on Destin's East Pass and the Destin Harbor. It is central to the most popular Destin activities and the harbor. The view of the jetty from our Lanai will occupy guests for hours. You can watch pods of dolphins herd schools of fish along the rock barrier and watch the deep sea fishing boats race toward the gulf in the mornings and return in the afternoon. Take a stroll to Norriego Point, the local beach just beyond the gates of the East Pass Tower complex for the fireworks show every Thursday night at 9 PM between Memorial Day and Labor Day, or watch the fireworks at poolside. You'll find our condominium is comfortably furnished, tastefully decorated, sleeps 6 and has a spacious Lanai accessible from the living room and both bedrooms. The Water Taxi (seasonal) is only steps away and will take you across the harbor to your favorite location - NO TRAFFIC!

Great Property

My family and I really enjoyed the Condo. It's was clean and welcoming. The location was great and it had an awesome view of the water. It wasn't far from the attractions and restaurants. I would recommend this property to anyone and I would mostly definitely book this property again.

Paradise!

My husband, 2 daughters, granddaughter and myself stayed for 10 days. It was an amazing vacation. Very clean and looked just liked the pictures. We were right at home. The view is amazing. Who wouldn’t want to look at the water all day! Loved the pool with the padded chairs. We enjoyed ourselves! Definitely recommend!

Perfect location

We truly enjoyed our stay in this condo! Beautiful location right on the pass….loved watching the boats go by from our large covered terrace. We saw sooo many dolphin right off the beach…beautiful sunsets! The unit is located on Holiday Isle, which is a quiet residential area just off hwy 98. Felt very safe while out walking, enjoying the local marinas. Many restaurants within a 5 minute drive. Unit was exceptionally clean, beds super comfortable, and kitchen well stocked with anything you could need. Easy check in process, would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay here only wished it could have been longer. Melissa was a great host and communicated very well. The views were gorgeous and convenient to lots of restaurants and activities. Would definitely go back again and highly recommend the condo!

Great condo

We loved this condo, it had a wonderful master suite and second bedroom. The entire property and building was very secure. The owner contacted us the first day to make sure everything was good.

Thanksgiving Stay

This dolphin view condo was our first Vrbo stay, and we weren’t disappointed. Great amenities and lots of extras provided by the host. We will be returning!

Wonderful Stay!

We enjoyed the location. The kitchen is fully stocked with well kept supplies our youngest baked cookies and we had all we needed. Beds slept wonderful and and sit right over the pool. Melissa was the perfect host checking on us and our needs and updates about the property. We will book again for sure!

Summer Vacation 2024

Had a wonderful time in the Destin Area. Condo was very nice and safe. We brought our boat over and was able to use the dock for short term parking during the day and use Harbor Walk Marina overnight. We will definitely be coming back!!

Great location

The whole family enjoyed the stay. The views were great. The location was perfect for us. The area was very family friendly. The hosts had everything we needed at the condo, from detergents to beach towels and sand toys. Everything was great.

Great Vacay!

The condo was wonderfully appointed with everything you could possibly need! It made cooking each sight so easy. The host was so wonderful with communication when we had some A/C and power issues that were totally out of their control. We loved our vacation, and we were so sad to leave!

Owners were awesome! Great communication despite a few issues at the property.

I really enjoyed the location as it is on the harbor and not on the ocean. We located a public beach (O’Steen) nearby and we’re able to walk there from the property. The condo had everything we needed and more.

Amazing!

We just stayed for a week in October and absolutely loved this place! It was close to everything we needed and we loved the water taxi that took us over to the harbor walk! The condo was very clean, quiet, and the beds were great! We will definitely be back again! You cannot go wrong with this condo!

Prompt reaction time on any questions or concerns. Extremely clean condo with great amenities. We loved the location and ease of use for a water taxi so we didn’t have to drive.

Memorial Weekend 2023

The condo was absolutely perfect! We couldn’t have asked for anything more! Great beach at Noriega Point, wonderful view, and front row seats to the Sunday fireworks. The water taxi was super convenient! The perfect family vacation!

Moore Stay

The property was very clean. The check in/out info was excellent. We encountered no problems. Everything was in great condition. The environment was very peaceful and serene. We wish we could have stayed longer! Would consider visiting this property again.
