Emerald Towers 105 is a newly renovated two bedroom, two bath condo located directly on the Gulf. We have also just completed a 2.5 million dollar exterior renovation 2022. Walk out on your back patio and you are steps away from the pool and the beach!
The property is located 3.4 miles from the Mid-Bay Bridge/ Destin Commons and 2.0 miles away from the Destin Harbor Boardwalk. Big Kahuna Water park and the Track are walking distance.
Emerald Towers has a fitness center, sauna, large outdoor community pool and sun deck (heated seasonally), along with outdoor gas grills and two tennis/pickle ball courts for all guests to enjoy. Beach chairs and umbrellas available (for an additional fee).

I'm an Atlanta native with many great childhood memories on the beach in Ft Walton. Destin at the time was a fisherman's paradise. My long time girlfriends' mom retired from Northside Hospital and moved to Okaloosa Island. I would travel 331 south just about every weekend with or without my friend if I could get away. I have been Blessed to travel to many beautiful beaches far and wide but there are truly none more magnificent than "The Emerald Coast". It's my Happy place!

It’s a smaller high rise condo with only 84 units. I love being on the ground floor. No elevators or stairs. Parking right outside your door. Very family friendly…☀️🏖️🌴

Convenience is the #1 advantage. There are very few properties in Destin that are literally steps away from the ocean. We are very close to the beach. No long boardwalks to contend with or streets to cross. Being on the ground floor has its advantages….The pool is right outside your back door. 😎☀️🏖️🌴
