Authentic Adobe Territorial in the heart of Historic Guadalupe / Rail yard District. This home has been lovingly restored while maintaining its historic charm. A gated and covered patio surrounded by flowers & latilla fencing for privacy, welcomes your arrival. The inside features an expansive space with light filled living & dining rooms, beamed ceilings, fine artwork, wood burning fireplace, spacious kitchen with eating area, separate study, and sunroom. There are three conforming bedrooms and 1 non-conforming bedroom typical of Santa Fe homes. Fifth sleeping area available in sunroom. The property features two baths- one w shower and another with tub & shower. AC units in all bedrooms, new ceiling fans, and 72” flatscreen. Walk to the Rail yard in 3 minutes and the Plaza in 10- Walk score of 95! Fenced yard features a BBQ Grill, Pergola, and Ping Pong table.

Cool even on hot July days in this beautiful home

Delightfully refreshing even in main living areas w/o AC and even on the hottest days. 5 friends on girls' trip & all loved the house. Easy check in , great wifi, wonderfully equipped kitchen, loved the dish set.. appliances we used were all in great working condition. Front porch was a great bonus and we loved walking through the gate to "our" Santa Fe home. Loved the historic neighborhood too.

Great Location!

Charming property with character and awesome location. Plenty of space for family of seven. Walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping. Would gladly book again, lovely home.

Great location and funky old house in historic district

Like many old houses, this one has a circuitous layout but it worked well for us. Location was great, walking distance to plaza, Sprouts, Railyard area (< 1 mile).

Lovely Home tucked in Guadalupe Neighborhood!!!

Such a lovely home that could easily accommodate several more people. We stayed for 3 nights and wish we could have stayed longer! The porch and backyard are truly inviting, the rooms inside large and well-appointed, plus the fireplace was perfect for a night in! The owner was very quick to answer any questions and had thoughtful touches throughout the home. A great, safe neighborhood for exploring Santa Fe! We loved it and enjoyed celebrating all our Big Birthdays!

Charming

We 4 ladies were celebrating a milestone birthday. We were totally enamored with this home. So cozy and it included all the comforts of home. Beds and baths were perfect. Loved all the decorative touches. All were very southwestern. We got in late the evening we checked in and there were lights on to welcome us. Overall, a wonderful home to spend our time together.

Spacious and comfortable, perfect location

The home is a short walk to the plaza and many restaurants. A quick drive to the opera, our main reason for the trip to Santa Fe. Supermarkets are an easy walk or close drive. The house is well equipt, the beds comfortable, the atmosphere is relaxing. The back patio is perfect for morning coffee. We intend to rent this house again when returning to Santa Fe, and are letting friends know about it, too.

Great spot for a Girl's Trip home base

We really enjoyed the property and the owners were very responsive. Thebproximity to The Plaza was great so lots of great restaurant options are nearby. I would advise anyone truly needing 5 bedrooms, that one is a pass-through to get to one of the "true" bedrooms and the other is on a closed in porch. Also, the only AC unit is in the Master although the provide plenty of fans. It got a bit warm during our stay so I would keep that in mind.

Really delightful house!

We are thrilled to find this adorable and affordable house. The owners are so nice and communicative and responsive and they are clearly taking great care to make this house a wonderful rental. It is located on a quiet street with plenty of on-street parking. The house is so roomy with lots of thoughtful details and places to hang out and visit with friends/family. The bedrooms are nicely spread out so that everyone can have their own space when needed. The kitchen is very well equipped and there are also plenty of towels, linens and extra blankets. It is well situated for walking to the farmers market, railroad district and downtown. I would recommend this rental to anyone, friends or family. Thank you, Lilas, for such a wonderful visit. We’ll be back in the fall!!

A Very Dark and Cold Start

No lights on inside; no heat till we figured it out; no house info (wifi etc). For your clients staying in the winter, turn the heat on before they arrive; for those checking in at nite, turn on the inside lights.

Birthday trip

We (three adults) came to Santa Fe to celebrate adult daughter’s birthday with a balloon trip. The house was comfortable for us and had everything we needed. Our 2 dogs enjoyed the fenced back yard. The location was awesome, so close to everything wanted to do.

Wonderful house in a lovely neighborhood

The house is lovely - exactly as depicted in the photos and description. The backyard is spectacular in both its looks and comfort level. It provided a quiet respite from city explorations. All the furnishings were quite attractive and comfortable.The location was great. Walking distance to numerous stores and restaurants. Neighborhood was quiet and off street parking was convenient - right outside the gate.The owner/ manager was gracious and immediately attentive to requests and needs.All told I would definitely rent this house in future trips to New Mexico.

Great Location

The home is quaint and easily accommodated my husband and 2 adult children. It was very easy access to all areas we visited and would consider staying again. It was clean, well equipped, parking was easy and host was quick to respond with anything since this booking.

The location of this home is fantastic. It is literally blocks from the Rail Yard and Plaza, and is one of only a few single level authentic territorial properties (my favorite type of architecture) in the neighborhood. Lovely & private covered front patio, and the home is expansive so families & friends can enjoy being together while also having their own space. Beautiful wood burning fireplace, and large backyard. Guests are always welcome to join us for happy hour at our home located in the Opera neighborhood!

Feel free to bring your bikes - the home is gated and can be locked if bike storage is needed.
