ABOUT THE SPACE: Pier Watch Villa I Unit 305 is an oceanfront condo next to the Cherry Grove Pier in the Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach. It accommodates up to 18 guests with 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. There are three parking spaces available. It offers a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, oven, cookware, flatware, washer and dryer, pool, hot tub, balcony, and game room. Linens and Departure Maid Service Included. For your convenience, we provide a starter supply of travel-size shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and dish pods upon check-in. These items are not replenished during your stay.

We have been coming to MB for years and this was our first experience renting a condo on the beach. It was absolutely wonderful. The house was clean and exactly as pictured and accommodated our family of 8 adults and 4 kids ranging from a 1 year old to 9. They even went beyond and delivered a pack and play so we didn’t have to bring one. It was a very hot week so it was fun and easy going back and forth from the beach to the pool. The game room was an added plus for some evening fun. The balcony was alittle tight but it wasn’t often that we were all out on it at once so we made it work. Of course there can always be some updating when renting a vacation unit but to few to even mention. My favorite thing is having my entire family together under one roof for a fun and stress free week. So thank you for making our beach vacation memorable. Would definitely stay again.

Highly recommend! Lots of room for a large family and walking distance to restaurants. Only complaint is the king size beds are 2 twins put together. Not the most comfortable sleeping situation.

GOOD: Great communication with host. Proximity/access to the oceanfront. Great mixture/size of bedrooms and baths. Easy check in and out.Needs improvement: The bathroom in the master bedroom on first floor needs a privacy door. Carpet needs to be replaced. Appliances and furniture are outdated (especially the couches).With the recommended improvements my family would stay again and recommend Pier Watch Villa I Unit 305 to our friends and family.

The place was a good size for us. However the rugs are very old and dirty. Sheets comforter had stains. Refrigerators old but worked. Furniture in living room need replaced.

The pool was LGreat…There was issues…The sofa cushions are worn out…Ss well as some of the mattresses…Also it would be nice to have a cart to carry belongings to room…Jbut the unit was fantastic,other than that!
