We stayed in August, it’s a great location with good proximity to downtown (easy walk if you don’t want to find parking downtown). Super quiet, never heard the people in the neighboring units. Check-in and check-out was very easy. Amenities were great, it was perfect for our stay!

It was a clean and cute. There was a good amount of space for 6 grown ups. The location was convenient and walking distance to downtown as well as to the Gondola. Host responded quickly to texts. Only 30 minutes away from Grand Teton National Park.

Our stay in the area was wonderful. Close to downtown and the unit was very comfortable and clean. Lots of standing fans to keep cool in August. Comfortable beds and well-stocked kitchen. Would’ve liked if there were basic condiments and more cooking staples in the unit, but there might be rules against that. We had a great day in Jackson around the plaza and were able to drive to Yellowstone and Grand Tetons National Parks the other days of our visit. Thank you for the complimentary bag of coffee. And to mention, the Outpost website/portal was so very helpful and informative! Great communication with the Outpost crew! Thank you.

There are no numbers posted outside on the entrance to propertyIt was very exhausting to find the propertyThe office had just given street address and no further instructionThe kitchen needs some non stick utensils The property was clean and not smelling

We’re sorry to hear that locating the property caused some frustration. The address numbers are displayed directly next to the front door, and detailed driving instructions are provided on the day of check-in and are always available through the guest portal. That said, we apologize if that information was missed, resulting in a stressful check-in experience. Regarding the kitchen supplies, we apologize if you felt the utensils were lacking. We would have been happy to deliver specific items during your stay had you reached out, though we understand wanting to remain uninterrupted. After your departure, the kitchen inventory was evaluated and restocked as needed. We regret that these issues affected your stay, but we truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve both our communication and guest experience.
