Luxury ocean view and pool view Penthouse in Diaria Tamarindo. Location is the highlight of this unit, only a few steps to the beach and walking distance to all amenities and attractions Tamarindo has to offer.
Located in the 6 floor, this unit sleeps comfortably 10 guests. It has 4 spacious bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms. You will have access to the condominium pool and can use the Diria Resort to access the beach and restaurant. Views and sunsets will be unforgettable during your stay.
Our unit is a ocean view Penthouse located on the 6th floor of Diria Matapalo Condominiums. With elevator access.
We are only across the street from white sand beach of Tamarindo.
The unit has 4 spacious bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms
Bedrooms Distribution:
1. Master bedroom has a king bed, TV, Balcony with ocean view, Sitting area and ensuite large bathroom with all essentials.
2. Second bedroom has a king bed, ocean view and ensuite bathroom with all essentials.
3. Thirds bedroom has a king bed, ocean view and ensuite bathroom with all essentials.
4. Fourth bedroom has 2 double beds and ensuite bathroom with all essentials.
-The condominium is all central AC in all areas.
-Kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans, cluttery, coffee maker, toaster, and high end appliances
-TV living room space has a great view to ocean.
